SCP-XXXX looking into a camera

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a 10m X 10m X 10m concrete cube with a solid metal door that can only be accessed with a level 3 access card at one end of the room to transfer the entity through if transport is required.
Throughout the containment area there must be three platforms constructed out of wood and rope similar to that of average big cat enclosures. The ground must be covered in dirt and grass. Dim lights lining the walls should be no higher than 1 lumen.
SCP-XXXX must be fed a live adult goat once a day at dawn. The goat must be lowered with metal bars and chains through a hatch on the ceiling of the containment area.
A minimum of two (2) Level 2 security personnel must be on duty and monitoring the camera feed at all times.
In the event of a containment breach, SCP-XXXX must be tranquilised and returned to containment with urgency.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an 81cm tall, feline-like quadruped (closely similar to leptailurus serval). Its underbelly and legs completely lack fur, whilst its backside and head are covered in thick, wiry black fur similar to the cat breed ‘lykoi.’ Its eyes are completely white, with no pupil or iris.
If the eyes are gazed into for five seconds or longer (from any living being) the victim will suffer permanent mental distress and cognitive damage around 10 minutes after viewing, if a subject has any form of mental issues before viewing the affects will quicken the process. This effect will not activate if the SCP is viewed through a camera, or if viewed in person from more than 10m away.
Subjects will be unable to form coherent sentences, and subjects have presented with symptoms including intense auditory and visual hallucinations, notably stating they are being "followed by an [otherwise unobserved] entity"
There are currently no methods to reverse the memetic effect of SCP-XXXX, and after 30 days, subjects will be terminated.
SCP-XXXX is also incredibly swift, with a similar speed of a lion (panthera leo) It’s claws and teeth are primarily used for biting and scratching, delivering a quick bite to the back of the throat on subjects.

Addendum:
SCP-XXXX was contained on █/██/2001 found in Southern Europe in a dense forest in ████.
Farmers on the border of the forest had submitted numerous reports that their livestock, goats in particular, were disappearing, and a growth in madness in village residents.
Personnel were sent to question residents, none of whom had seen the entity- those who had were reduced to madness.
It took ██ days for personnel to capture and secure SCP-XXXX using live goats as bait. It was then tranquilised with a similar dosage to that used for a lion (panthera leo)See incident report-1. It took seven minutes before SCP-XXXX was restrained. Personnel were required to wear goggles that had cameras running a live feed after the first wave of personnel were terminated by SCP-XXXX. See incident report - 2. Once obtained and taken to site ███, it took 96 hours after initial capture before SCP-XXXX was willing to eat again.

Incident Report - 1: When successfully tranquilised with a dart (containing a similar dosage of tranquiliser that would be used for a serval (leptailurus serval) it was then contained in a similar cage to its current containment area. After ███ minutes SCP-XXXX woke up and severely wounded two personnel before escaping into the forest. After the incident, personnel were given the dosage used on adult male lions (panthera leo).

Incident Report - 2: The first encounter of SCP-XXXX was met with no success. ██ personnel were subjected to the entities gaze, and afterward they were attacked, suffering multiple bite marks and lacerations. All personnel affected were perceived dead after ███ hours of obtaining wounds.
