Description: The item is a small, shiny bottle of hand sanitizer. It randomly acts when the liquid is pumped out. The bottle itself is porous, and the liquid inside frequently leaks out, lading to the need of washing. When the liquid comes in contact with organic matter, it's effects are limitless. An example of it's effects were demonstrated during ████ of ███, the liquid came in contact with Dr.███████ █████████. It has been also been tested to occasionally devolve almost anything.
