Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3399 is kept in a metal room approximately 7 ft tall and 7ft wide with no windows and a single door with guards on the outside. SCP-3399 is kept on a table 3 feet off the ground make of metal. No personnel are allowed inside unless being given access by level 3 personnel or higher.

Description: SCP-3399 is a bath towel that is 28.5 inches by 55 inches. SCP-3399 appears to be clean with no patterns and a deep blue color. SCP-3399 was found in a Bed, Bath, and Beyond in the town of ██████████. The worker who first unpackaged it from the box died. The SCP foundation then took it to their facility.

Tests done to SCP-3399 have shown that when touched to human skin it dries up the entirety of all fluids found in the human body. after this process occurs SCP-3399 will be stained with multiple shades of red, brown, and yellow. After exactly 24 minutes of the killing of the victim SCP-3399 will instantly return to the deep blue shade that was shown before.

Addendum: Addendum 1: Test subject 001 is let into room. After being told to touch the object with the provided glove. When being touched nothing happens and subject 001 is able to move SCP-3399 with no harm done to self. Subject 001 is then told to touch object with plain hand. When subject 001 makes contact his body falls to the ground in a pile. When researcher's make it into the room subject is dead. No changes are seen to the object except for color.
Addendum 2: Subject 002 enters room with full body coverage and multiple sharp objects including knife, scissors, axe and more with her. Subject 002 was told to try to harm SCP-3399 without touching it and by using object with her. Once the objects are all used it is seen to have no damage to SCP-3399.
