Special Containment Procedures: SCP XXX is to be kept in a sealed cell at all times. Due to its intelligence and unnatural strength, it needs to stay away from windows or weak doors, due to an incident on [REDACTED]. On occasion, random items such as balls or toys are to be placed into SCP-XXXs cell for stimulating purposes. Experience shows that if not stimulated for a period of time, it will attempt to breach containment. Its cell should be cleaned bi-weekly, and is recommended to be cleaned while SCP-XXX is stable, as to prevent a possible containment breach.

Description: SCP-XXX has two ‘forms’, it’s human form, and it’s dragon-like form. It will start out in its human form, where it resembles a middle-aged man with dark hair, and the only difference to a regular person it has, is that it’s eyes are a bright red. It also doesn’t seem to be able to speak. It seems to act like a regular person as well, showing signs of emotions, such as happiness and fear. If SCP-XXX is afraid or threatened, it will switch to it’s dragon-like form, where it resembles a large four-legged dragon, with giant red wings and a scorpion-like tail.

Addendum: SCP-XXXs dragon-form tail seems to produce some form of neurotoxin, the exact type is unknown. Any living being injected with this substances seem to become paralyzed within minutes. The neurotoxin will wear off within a few hours. SCP-XXX also does not seem to be able to breathe fire like many staff predicted, but it should never be underestimated, due to it being unusually clever. It has nearly breached its containment on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED].
