Description: SCP-XXXX is a 9mm bullet of unknown origin. Although it has proven impossible to sample SCP-XXXX directly, all available imaging modalities indicate that it is identical in physical composition to a standard-caliber 9mm lead bullet. SCP-XXXX is constantly moving at a slowly accelerating rate1 towards SCP-XXXX-1 and has proven impossible to stop via any means currently available to the Foundation - all physical, energetic and thaumaturgic barriers are pierced by SCP-XXXX with no loss in velocity or acceleration, and attempts at deflection with other nonliving and living masses have met with similar results (See Addendum 2 for testing notes). SCP-XXXX-1 is a Middle Eastern adolescent male who displays a constant awareness of SCP-XXXX's position to within several feet and is able to, via closing his eyes and concentrating, see a first-person view from the angle of the bullet itself.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX was first discovered on 24-05-2019, when SCP-XXXX-1 made a phone call to police regarding the anomaly (transcripts of 911 call to follow). Following radio transmission of SCP-XXXX-1's message and subsequent findings, Foundation agents embedded within local police alerted the nearby Site, and a response team apprehended SCP-XXXX-1 while another response team unsuccessfully attempted to halt SCP-XXXX.

Addendum 2: Testing Log
Hypothesis Experiment Results
A physical barrier capable of stopping a 9mm bullet will reduce or halt SCP-XXXX's travel path. A meter-thick steel plate was maneuvered directly in front of SCP-XXXX's path. The bullet traveled directly through the steel plate without losing velocity, leaving a hole exactly the size of the bullet throughout.
SCP-XXXX is vulnerable to thaumaturgy. A thaumaturgically-generated energy barrier was projected directly in front of SCP-XXXX. The barrier failed instantaneously when the bullet impacted it.
SCP-XXXX would, in the absence of being able to move toward its primary target, change its behavior or be rendered inactive. SCP-XXXX-1 stepped through a dimensional aperture for thirty seconds, before returning to our baseline reality. The bullet disappeared for the thirty seconds - based on evidence from high-speed cameras and radioactivity detectors, it appeared to enter a miniature wormhole. It reappeared simultaneous with SCP-XXXX-1's return to baseline reality, exactly thirty seconds further along its projected path.
SCP-XXXX will change behavior if it encounters living tissue. A common cow was placed in the path of the bullet. The bullet fatally penetrated the cow's brainstem and continued along its projected path without loss of velocity.
SCP-XXXX will change its behavior upon causing damage to a living human. D-175629 was instructed to place his hand in the path of the projected bullet. The bullet penetrated D-175629's hand, severing the radial nerve, and continued along its projected path without loss of velocity.

Addendum 3: Interviews
During the first few days of his stay at Site-XX, SCP-XXXX-1 began to display significant emotional distress. Due to this, and in an effort to extract additional information regarding SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX was granted access to daily sessions with a Foundation counselor. Selected interview logs follow.
