Special Containment Procedures: Any samples of SCP-XXXX uncovered in the course of routine drug interdiction operations are to be remanded into Foundation custody and destroyed at the earliest opportunity. Foundation agents embedded within major national and international law enforcement agencies have been alerted, and allied GOIs such as the Manna Charitable Foundation and Global Occult Coalition have agreed to follow this procedure.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the designation for a 500 mL syringe filled with fluid. The fluid consists of two components: an inactivated vaccine for the AIDS/HIV virus, and a number of immune system cells, such as natural killer cells, Th2 cells, lymphocytes, and others. Both components have been shown to be non-anomalous — the HIV vaccine relies on established medical science, but targets a particular component of the HIV shell that was only recently characterized by researchers at (insert). The immune system cells have all the characteristics of typical immune cells, and genetic analysis of the cells comparing to global databases has identified the cells as having come from (Black box), who lives in northern Scotland. Extensive surveillance and later questioning under duress have not revealed any anomalous characteristics or associations with anomalous groups.
When the syringe is injected into tissue samples in vitro, the two components function as would be expected according to standard medical science. Additionally, murine and primate testing has shown that the HIV vaccine is approximately 89% effective in preventing acquisition of the virus, with few side effects.
SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties only manifest when it is injected into a living human (designated SCP-XXXX-1). Once a living human has been injected, they acquire a new type of immune system defense. Specifically, when any type of pathogen enters or is present in the body, immune cells will spontaneously materialize, in an amount proportionate to the exposure, and quickly eradicate the pathogen in question. The immune system cells in appearance are identical to NK cells, though with two properties not found in non-anomalous cells. Specifically, these cells are able to attack pathogens that typically are invisible (due to evolved defense mechanisms) to them, and various tests have shown that no matter what type of pathogen is introduced, the cells will release a compound or substance that will destroy the pathogen with 100% efficacy (it is also somewhat effective against anomalous diseases, though the efficacy rate varies). It has been observed to release virtually every antibiotic used medically today, as well as a number of antimicrobial compounds that are either in experimental phases or had not been discovered yet prior to this. It has even been observed to release gold nanoparticles and bacteriophages in response to extensively drug-resistant bacteria. Despite the frequent release of compounds that are severely cytotoxic to normal human cells, no abnormal cell injury or death is observed in the affected areas.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a 3D printer that is capable of synthesizing SCP-XXXX. In appearance, it is identical to a (brand of 3D printer), and disassembly and reassembly have confirmed that internally it is identical as well. However, it comes loaded with only one blueprint (for SCP-XXXX), and any attempts to load other blueprints or make anything else will be met with failure.

SCP-XXXX-2 was originally discovered by the South Africa office of the Manna Charitable Foundation in 2014. A village in the center of an ongoing outbreak of (insert disease) was found to have a nearly 0% incidence rate of the disease. A follow-up visit from MCF officers found that they possessed SCP-XXXX-2 — despite the printer in question having been developed only three years earlier, and power having only been delivered to the village in the last ten years, they insisted that the printer had been there for decades and could not recall how it had originally reached the village.

SCP-XXXX-2 was originally discovered by the South Africa office of the Manna Charitable Foundation in 2014. They were approached by a (insert description of a guy), who told them he admired their mission and wanted to assist. He made a donation of $2 million, and also wanted to give them the printer. He was met with skepticism, so he took a team out with him to a village that had suffered a 63% incidence rate of the Ebolavirus. He injected each of the Ebola-stricken villagers, and the Nigeria team saw them visibly become healthy again. Blood sample draws from before and 30 seconds after noted that the Ebolavirus had been completely eradicated within that time frame.
Under joint Foundation-MCF agreements for working in this region, due to prior incidents, the MCF notified the Foundation of this discovery. After extensive medical testing of SCP-XXXX on the part of both the Foundation and MCF, SCP-XXXX received its official designation, and SCP-XXXX-1 was conditionally loaned to the MCF as part of the agreement. To prevent unintended instability and preserve secrecy, MCF is slowly rolling out the vaccine in Nigeria, with plans to spread to X and Y. The World Parahealth Organization has been notified of joint MCF-Foundation operations and has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with both organizations regarding monitoring of the testing areas.
