Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3634 is to be stored in a specially designed room at SCP testing site ███████ . No one is to enter the room holding SCP-3634 other than on █-██ for the bi-yearly examination of SCP-3634. SCP-3634 is to be monitored for motion at all times. Motion alarms in the room containing SCP-3634 must be active at all times and linked to at least two backup power sources. In the event that the motion alarms are triggered when there are no cleaning or testing personnel present, the room containing SCP-3634 is to be put into lockdown and lowered down to level ██ to storage block ███ where it will be quarantined until further testing can be completed.

Description: SCP-3634 is a 5.28 meter long by 3.92 meter high sheet of 0.1 millimeter thick plexiglass being held vertically in a frame of 0.01 meter PCV pipe painted with acrylic paint with a hexadecimal color value of #0000000. SCP-3634 is able to be viewed from all sides at any given time. The appearance of SCP-3634 is a dark undefined color within the hexadecimal color range between #000000 and #0B0F09. When viewing SCP-3634 from less than 0.89 meters away a thin continuous stripe of an undefined bright white color within the hexadecimal color range of #fffcfc and #E5DBDE begins to appear. The thin white stripe moves following the direction of the nearest viewers eyes and is able to traverse SCP-3634 in three dimensions even appearing to protrude out from SCP-3634.
