Special Containment Procedures: SCPX is contained within perimeter of site 67-A and surrounded by an electric fence. Personal are to remain 30 km or more from the event horizon at all time. The borders of the phenomena are to be measured daily, any divergence from the AOE predicted timeline shall be reported to the the acting HMCL supervisor immediately.
Description: SCP-X is a group of stones located on the banks of the river █████, within the jungles of Borneo. the means of how the stones were stacked is unknown. the stones decrease in size as the stack rises, and despite having an infinite amount of stones within the stack, it does not exceed the height of 60cm. the base of SCPX extended underground to unknown depth. Due to the manifestation of SCPX-1, SCPX is no longer accessible.
SCPX-1 is an spatial distortion field of non Euclidian space emitting from SCPX. To a subjective observer points in space within SCPX-1 are further apart then they are in standardized space, with the phenomena becoming gradually more severe the closer an individual get to its center. This effect does not extend to entities absorbed by SCPX-1 during its active state, Such entities experience Space-time distortions consistent with the severity of the phenomena, with an exception to electromagnetic radiation. At the time of writing SCPX-1's area has a radius of ██.21 Km.
Due to the effects mentioned, entities appear to "shrink" as they get closer to the center of SCPX-1, Becoming undetectable to the naked eye. Continuing past a depth of 0.85x10█ meters without a level 3 Hazard suit or during day light is extremely dangerous due to the effects of ionizing radiation of long wave lengths. Notably, entities effected by SCPX-1 active state do not follow known physical properties, instead appearing to consist of repeating patterns.
During its active state, SCPX-1 expends and extends its effects to any entity in its radius of effect. Since it's first manifestation, SCPX-1 has been observe to enter its active state at a declining rate while expending at an exponential radius each time.
Recovery
SCPX was located at 9/8/2016 by Foundation satellite class ██-█ which detected a low spatial distortion field at SCPX coordinates shortly after coming online. SCPX was located, classified and Site 64-A was established.
Test Log
at 9/18/2016 - Testing of SCPX and using Observation equipment type 2 was approved. After deployment of observation and automatic tracking equipment, a low level fluctuations of the anomalous distortion field at a radius of 1.6 cm around SCPX was detected, and a Hum level of 1.915 HM.

Addendum X-01
10/22/2016- on site tracking devices detected shrinkage of the distortion field in by a factor of 0.2x101000 meters. SCPX center of mass has shifted by a factor of 0.13x1010000 meters.

1/14/2017 - Contact lose with site 67-A. SCPX-1 manifest at a radius of 9.5 Kilometers around SCPX, with 2 personal Dr. Riley and Dr. Bon on site.

Leaf, the patterns of red-yellow coloration on its closer parts are not typical to its species. panning the camera left reveals a caterpillar of an indeterminate size, appearing to have thousands of feet moving independently as its shifts forward. The ends of its body are not visible.

Fence, parts of it seem to be floating, presumably grains of rust that fell off during SCPX-1 activation. Although seemingly not effected by gravity, subtle movements indicate velocity and momentum.
