Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a locked safe at all time to prevent misuse. At least one guard is to be posted outside the safe at all time to ensure it isn't used with permission. Any misuse of SCP-XXXX is to be reported immediately to a security officer and the culprit is to be detained for questioning.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a cell phone of unknown brand and model. Instead of a normal number pad on the front of it, are two buttons on which are two 5 digit number (█████ & █████). The have a green or red color and no buttons are present on the device. When a person presses the green button, the phone will dial the number and ring exactly three (3) times before someone answers. The voice on the phone will then tell the caller about something that will happen. This has later proven to be true when during test number ██, the voice stated that the caller (D-8410) sneeze in 10 seconds and it happened. Although this could have been taken as a coincidence multiple other statements came true making us believe that it foretells the future related to the caller.
The red button on the other hand rings six (6) times before someone answers. There are two (2) categories of calls depending on the callers past. The first category refers to the incidents when the caller says that this person has been dead for a long time now. Sometime the call is answered by a victim that was killed by the caller. The call starts off with the victim tormenting the caller for the death. After approximately 5-10 minutes of calling, the caller will hang up. The call is later checked up on by a psychologist and in 100% of case, they are diagnosed with anxiety disorder.
The second category happens when a close friend or family member died before having the ability to say something important. Subjects have stated that most of the call is about the friend/family member about how much they love them and how much they miss them. There have been cases of family members sharing secrets about money and other object worth a lot. This call takes about 3-5 minutes before concluding with the friend/family member say that they had to go.

An attempt was made to try to track the call to figure out the location. The location was discovered to be different for all phone calls. The calls from the red button seemed to originate from the current resting place of the receiver. The green button call seemed to come from somewhere in the site. If a D-Class subject made the call, it originated from somewhere either in one of the containment cells for the SCPs or in the D-Class cells. At this point, it is unknown why the call is tracing to those specific locations.

A voice analysis was conducted on the voice in the phone. It has been discovered that the voice belongs to the caller. It has been theorised that the voice belongs to the individual from the future. This would explain why the voice seems to know only thing related to the caller and what will happen in the future.
