Overview:
Site-91 is often described as closer to a think-tank, command center or university than a traditional research and containment site. This is because the focus of the site is not primarily containing anomalies on-site, rather, providing R&D and other remote assistance to Foundation platforms. Because of this, Site-91 employs very little anomalous equipment or staff and is composed almost entirely of mundane resources with the primary exception being arguably anomalous devices developed or refined at Site-91.
Due to this, Site-91's facilities consist of few dedicated containment chambers or anomalous material laboratories, being composed mostly of offices and other intellectual centers not involving physical access to the anomalous.
