Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4192 must be contained in a 208 liter aquarium bedded with fertile soil and tropical vegetation surrounded by rocks and pebbles. Water puddles can also be included in one of the tanks. Heat lamps are suspended above each individual tank. These 6 aquariums are located inside a 500 x 390 cm room constructed with metal, iron, and steal; Making it impossible for SCP-4192 to breach containment. Outside of the area has a long observation window 5 centimeters from the entrance door. No guards are required to keep watch outside of SCP-4192’s space.
Description: SCP-4192 is a small amphibious creature with a dark green colour scheme. SCP-4192 has a translucent proportion on its head; revealing that it has no brain and only an acidic substance in its noggin. SCP-4192 possesses two front legs and no hind legs. SCP-4192 retains lungs, a tail, eyes, mouth and miniature sharp claws. The respiratory system of SCP-4192 contains fish-like anatomy except the functions are reminiscent of regular amphibians. SCP-4192 is cold blooded but doesn’t occupy red lifeblood; Only an acidic substance that travels through its circulatory systems supporting all the organs and makes up all the headspace of SCP-4192. This secretion (SCP-4192-1) is threatening to humans while it has no harmful effects on SCP-4192.
SCP-4192 is coated in slimy skin with a long tailed used for balancing and sensing. It will discharge the acid when being squashed or at free will when feeling intimidated.
Behavior: SCP-4192 travels with two or more companions by its side. SCP-4192 will track prey and bury into its skin until it reaches muscle. SCP-4192 will kill the prey and then rip out guts, flesh with any other sustenance that's vital for SCP-4192. SCP-4192 will neglect bones unless its teeth needs to be sharpened. It takes approximately 30 minutes for one SCP-4192 to devour an entire house dog.
Prey for SCP-4192 can range from rabbits to cows and sheep. SCP-4192 is not recorded to have any sexual contact with another SCP-4192; They are classified to be asexual.
When sprouting eggs; SCP-4192 with carry them on its back until they are hatched. The babies will continue to remain on the SCP-4192’s tail end. Offsprings will also became an SCP-4192 along with the birther.
Sleep schedules and navigation is still unknown to the SCP Foundation as SCP-4192 will not rest when being monitored by human contact or video footage.
Discovery: The first discovery of SCP-4192 was in Recife, Brazil. A middle aged woman’s cat was found being eaten by SCP-4192 along with two others (SCP-4192-2 and SCP-4192-3).
She alerted the police department about the strange organisms when the SCP Foundation was on there way to investigate these reports
All of the SCP-4192 anomalies were tracked and caught with careful precautions. The natural habitat of SCP-4192 is moist, damp and similar to that of a rainforest or swamp.
Another report of SCP-4192 was in the everglades of Florida. A group of four explorers were in this area and happened to stumble upon SCP-4192 and a few more SCP-4192s (SCP-4192-4, SCP-4192-5 and SCP-4192-6). One of which tried to attack one of the men by gnawing at his left leg. The bite wasn’t severe or life threatening.
SCP-4192 are fed mice and small gerbils every day at around 4:30pm to 10:30pm.
Scientists of the SCP Foundation have concluded that SCP-4192 can be lethal choices for eliminating SCP-682; Depending on the count of variants that are obtained.
