Special Containment Procedures: On site containment of SCP-3488 is impossible due to the nature and danger presented in confronting instances of SCP-3488. However due to SCP-3488's general isolation from populated centers, containment is limited to general surveillance of SCP-3488.

Any and all abnormal or notable behavior is to be reported to Dr. Tolaria and be recorded within this file. Knowledge of SCP-3488 is to be made known only by Level 3/3488 and above personnel and the same measures used to obscure public knowledge of the SCP Foundation is to be used in the case of SCP-3488.

Aside from the aforementioned personnel, All world leaders who are aware of the Foundation are to be made aware of SCP-3488 and to be instructed to prevent the spread of knowledge of SCP-3488 just as they would regarding our own Foundation. Any and all uncertified individuals who access information about SCP-3488 will be detained and summarily processed and interrogated before termination. Families of said individuals shall be informed of the individuals death and be supplied with a cover story and then compensated.

Description: SCP-3488, also known as GoI-PCS, is an exact replica of the Foundation and all of its Area's, Site's, and containment area's. SCP-3488 is actually two separate entities. SCP-3488-A is a hive mind that impersonates all of the aforementioned Foundation holdings. However unlike the SCP Foundation SCP-3488-A is capable of self repairing itself and expanding itself when needed. Each instance of SCP-3488-A is located between 150 and 300km from the actual Foundation structure, and every Instance of SCP-3488-A seems to be located (by coincidence or by choice) as far away from populated human centers as possible. See "Discovery Log."

SCP-3488-B are exact replicas of all SCP Foundation personnel, including D-Class (hereby referred to as D2-Class), Researchers (Referred to as R2-Class), Security and Military (G2 and M2- Class respectively), as well "inverted" versions of presumably all SCP's under Foundation containment (Referred to as PCS's). Additionally all personnel within SCP-3488 wear an insignia reading "PCS- Procure, Collect, Select", a clear reference to our own motto.

While all copies of SCP's help within SCP-3488-A are presumed to exist from initial observations they seem to be the exact opposite of the original SCP. For example while SCP-682 has at the time of writing this, proven beyond our means to destroy, SCP-3488-B's version of SCp-682, referred to now as PCS-682, from our observations, shown to be just as adaptable as 682 except that it has no regenerative properties and instead upon death simple "respawns" back in its containment cell (which should be noted, is the same exact containment cell used on the real SCP-682). -It is unknown if these "PCS's" are created within SCP-3488 or are captured by SCP-3488 from the outside (See "Incident Log 3488-1")

Discovery Log: The exact date of when SCP-3488 was created and by what means was it created is unknown. Thus far the Foundation has agents looking its GoI-███, GoI-████, and GoI-███. Most of our data has pointed to a potential [DATA LOST]… more [DATA LOST] …. desperate bid by Go[DATA LOST]….

SCP-3488 was discovered ██/██/19██ after a failed uprising and escape attempt by SCP-███ after which Foundation security personnel conducted protocol perimeter sweep of the immediate and surrounding area of Site-██. Agent ████ described seeing Site-██ on the opposite side of where the real Site-██ was located. Head on site researcher, Dr. Tolaria, was notified and subsequently all Foundation locations were notified of the phenomena and soon reports of SCP-3488-A came from all Foundation location and the issue was brought to the attention of the O5 council.
