Special Containment Procedures: Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained
in the Sonora Desert in the united states near the city of
████ AZ. Site ██ has been built around SCP-5139 and is to
be staffed by no less than 25 personnel. Including one (1) MTF team
and or 15 guards, 5 researchers, and 10 or more D-class personnel.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a section of anomalous terrain approximately (15) m wide and fifty (50) m long with a raised highway that spans the whole area, it has no beginning and an abrupt end. The ground around the highway is green and full of overgrown plants. Many that have not yet been documented by modern science. Along the southern and northern walls of the highway there are six (6) doors three (3) on either side. All but one (1) of the doors are locked, the door that is not locked has been designated SCP-XXXX-2. upon opening, the plants and foliage begin to face the entity whom opened SCP-XXXX-2. through SCP-XXXX-2 a landscape of black dirt and grey plants much more normal in size but very different biological structure. consisting of a more animal like cell structure than a plant based one, these plants have been documented as carnivorous and cannibalistic see test log for more information.
**Exploration of SCP-XXXX-2 - April 9th 20██ **
Subject: D-9154 male
Procedure: subject was asked to open SCP-XXXX-2, subject did so with out protest, at this point all plant life in SCP-XXXX began to face the subject. subject was then asked to enter SCP-XXXX-2 he did as instructed. there was a brief communications disruption lasting ten (10) minutes, during which SCP-XXXX-2 slammed closed and a loud scream was heard through the door, at this point the plants returned to their original state. after communications resumed D-9154 shoulder cam showed him running through the thick grey jungle like terrain within SCP-XXXX-2, subject was asked by Dr.C████████ to state what he saw. upon which he expired, approximately three (3) minutes after D-9154 expired audio resumed in which a deep voice was heard: "I knew you'd come back for us… wait your not [DATA EXPUNGED] who are you. were is the recovery team we were promised, has the foundation forgotten us. were is [DATA EXPUNGED]." approximately four (4) hours after the voice was heard SCP-XXXX-2 opened again and D-9154's body was tossed out before the door once again closed. upon recovery the subject was found to be covered in the grey foliage seen in the video. end log.
Results: The plants retrieved from the test have been classified as animals, due to their cellular structure being similar to those found among the primates or more specifically Homo Sapiens. the name mentioned by the entity was reported to 05-██.
Analysis: After further examination of the test SCP-XXXX has been identified as [DATA EXPUNGED] part of the original [DATA EXPUNGED] however the entity inside SCP-XXXX-2 now known as SCP-XXXX-3 is yet to be identified do to its violent nature. after this test request was sent to 05 command for a site to be built around SCP-XXXX.
Addendum: Further tests involving SCP-XXXX have been postponed do to its clear reality altering effects. whether or not the area inside SCP-XXXX-2 is another planet, dimension, or an alternate reality, is still undetermined.
Addendum: Due to request by Dr. C█████████ unmanned missions have been approved. Any and all drones entering and exiting will have to undergo major and extensive inspection and cleaning. This is to ensure that not only the mission goes smoothly but that any biomass on the rover that has come from within SCP-XXXX-2 can be recovered and analysed for further information on SCP-XXXX and what it is.
