SCP-XXXX as his alias; Dr. Chaos at Area-37

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is at this point basically self-contained at Area-37, which is as close to any kind of real „containment” as it gets. Due to it’s reality bending abilities any further suggestions regarding it’s containment are pointless, a waste of resources, and will therefore be disregarded. It is allowed free roam of the facility. 10 Scranton Reality Anchors placed inside Area-37 after the containment of all the three SCP-1765 instances, but they seem to have no effect. As at ██/██/████ the Reality Anchors were relocated to other Areas and Sites where they actually serve a purpose.
Due to the fact that -with our current technology at least- it’s impossible to contain it, SCP-XXXX is hereby classified as Keter.
Due to the fact that it can effectively contain and counteract some other SCP objects and anomalous phenomena, SCP-xxxx is hereby classified as Thaumiel.
Due to the fact that SCP-xxxx does not pose any threat to anyone at the Foundation whatsoever, neither does it require any specific containment procedure, I hereby re-classify it as Safe. This decision was approved by the O5 council.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a seemingly mixed race (of European and African heritage) humanoid in appearance, between the age of 20 and 25. SCP-XXXX was first introduced to the Foundation when a security personnel noticed it through surveillance cameras at ██/██/████ standing inside the Unauthorized Region at Site-██, waving at the camera. Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox") was alerted with the command of capture for questioning or -shall it become belligerent- immediate termination. When the Mobile Task Force arrived, it greeted them, and expressed a willingness to go with them for further questioning. Once detained in an interrogation room, Dr. ████ ███████ entered with three Mobile Task Force members and started questioning it.
It introduced itself as „Christoph Chaos” and instantly expressed a desire to talk with the O5 council about Area-37 because it might knows a way to -and I quote- „handle those pestilent worms who plague it”. Dr. ████ ███████ asked where it learned about any of the aforementioned classified information but the creature refused to tell, claiming it’s afraid, the answer would be beyond his clearance level.
Dr. ███████, not wanting to take any risk ordered the man’s immediate termination, for he knows too much but the bullets phased through the entity. Dr. ███████, upon realizing he’s dealing with an anomalous entity, he initiated a complete lockdown, followed by seven other termination attempts, four of them which involved [DATA EXPUNGED] and [DATA EXPUNGED]. After the seventh termination attempt SCP-XXXX simply asked if it can speak to the „cool kids” now. Four hours later, communication with the O5 council was established.
It once again introduced itself as „Christoph Chaos” and repeated the offer made before. When O5-█ asked why it would help or what it wants in return, the entity expressed a desire to be employed by the Foundation, as a Site Manager and Researcher at Area-37 once it gets liberated. When O5-█ asked how it obtained classified information about the Foundation, SCP-XXXX said that it had been watching the foundation, for 93 years by now, wanting to know if the values of this universe's Foundation align with its own. Furthermore, he revealed, that meanwhile it’s anomalous reality bending abilities are powerful, in this form they are limited to two different effects; self preservation and [DATA EXPUNGED]. O5-█ told him to wait for the Council’s decision, in the next 5 days, during which it should stay at Site-██ in one of the containment chambers.
3 days later the entity was informed that the O5 Council accepted the deal, after which Mobile Task Force MTF Lambda-5 ("White Rabbits") was mobilized to carry it to Area-37. 53 minutes after SCP-XXXX entered Area-37's complex the Hume level in the Area stabilized. When the entity left the facility, it told the Task Force Members that there are injured survivors inside, who are in a stable condition, but still require medical attention along with –and I quote- „a metric fuck ton of Amnestics, the strongest ones the Foundation has”. All three SCP-1765 instances are contained in an anomalous blue object shaped like a cube. SCP-XXXX thus far refused to hand the object over to any foundation member, reasoning that it would be safer if he kept it by his side.
As of ██/██/████ Site-69 (formerly known as Area-37) is considered recaptured, fully operational and as promised by the O5 Council, SCP-XXXX -from now on known as Dr. Christoph Chaos, (or Dr. Chaos for simplicity’s shake)- started his research there along with other researchers whose combined number is [DATA EXPUNGED]. The Class D personnel were hand-picked by Dr. Chaos, (see Document #: 01 – Requested Class D personnel) with the request of never to relocate them from Area-37, neither to be terminated any time unless they expire during experiments; this request was granted by the O5 Council, the rest of the personnel were assigned to the site by the Foundation.
