Premise
The man comforted his sobbing wife as the empty casket was lowered into the ground. They were told their daughter had died a death so horrific that there was no body to burry.
A thousand miles away, the daughter was administered her SCP designation, escorted to her cell, and waited for her first test.
The Foundation is an evil, corrupt bureaucracy. It acts under the guise of protecting humanity, while the ones at the top cheat both life and death. Humanoid SCPs are treated as objects to help maintain the status quo, with the definition of 'humane treatment' being highly subjective.
They really should've seen Alpha-9's defection coming.

Factions
Mobile Task Forces
Delta-4 ("Minutemen")
A rapid response task force that are often the first to arrive at a scene. They specialize in being anywhere in under and hour, and provide additional manpower once reinforcements arrive. As such, agents are to be highly adaptable and quick on their feet.
Omega-7 ("Pandora's Box")
The first task force to utilize humanoid SCPs. Mainly 076 and 105. Often sent on black ops missions or when situation escalate beyond the capabilities of conventional task forces. Decommissioned after SCP-076 went berserk and killed all task force agents. 105 is the only survivor.
Alpha-9 ("Last Hope")
Successor to Omega-7. Utilizes several SCPs, including 105. Humanoids who join this task force are given greater privileges then those who opt out… in exchange for complete and total cooperation, of course.
Epsilon-10 ("Manhunters")
Not official E-10 insignia
Specializes in the tracking, hunting, containing, and if need be, termination of escape humanoid anomalies. Due to their expectations and duty, they are incredibly dehumanizing and prejudice against humanoids, even by Foundation standards. Often clash with decent EC members and Omega-1.
Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox")
Maintains internal security at the Foundation. While this often means deploying when a site wide containment breach is imminent, it may also mean deploying as marshal law enforcers when sites show signs of insurgent activity (unrelated to Chaos Insurgency). Reports directly to Alpha-1.
Alpha-1 ("Red Right Hand")
Acts as the O5's personal task force. Mostly consists of body guards, but also has a spec ops branch.
Omega-1 ("Law's Left Hand")
Acts as the Ethics Committee's personal task force. Mostly consists of detectives, but also has a spec ops branch.
Collaborative Task Force 76
Not official C-76 insignia
Collaborative task force between Epsilon-10, Alpha-1, and remaining Alpha-9 forces loyal to the Foundation. Main purpose is to oppose North Star, formally Last Hope.
