SCP-XXXX in it's unoxidized, liquid form.

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be held in 8 seperate 25 x 150mm sealed test tubes, and said test tubes are to be held in airtight storage lockers at Site-██. The test tubes containing SCP-XXXX are to never be open in any circumstance except testing. In the event that SCP-XXXX breaches containment, the site's ventilation system is to be shut off, and all vents sealed until the particles have dissipated, and any and all instances of SCP-XXXX-2 have been terminated.

Object Description:
SCP-XXXX is an artificial liquid cytotoxin that is transparent blue in color. When exposed to oxygen, it transforms into a white, fluffy, almost snow like substance. Analysis has revealed that the serum itself is made from mixture of known and unknown materials, some of which include blood from an unknown source, water, and ████.

SCP-XXXX was discovered in████, Utah on ██/██/2017 by a team of field researchers analyzing another phenomenon near where SCP-XXXX was found. It was found in a small, metal cylinder lodged halfway into the dirt, with no signs of how or why it got there. The cylinder had faded markings that read; "EX-ECMS-15".1

SCP-XXXX has anomalous properties in the form of being able to manipulate and alter the cells of living creatures, turning each individual cell into a sort of "living, flexible ice". The process of doing this is reportedly excruciatingly painful for the host subject, being akin to burning alive.2 This process only occurs after 7 minutes of unbroken, direct contact of SCP-XXXX to the host subject's skin.

After every cell has been turned into "ice", the subject will seem to freeze up, and will stay in this state for a variable amount of time, ranging from 5 minutes to 10 years.
After this dormant state has been completed, the subject, now known as SCP-XXXX-B, will start moving again. SCP-XXXX-B instances are extremely hostile, attacking all humans within hearing range. Instances of SCP-XXXX-B are extremely vulnerable to small arms fire, and their slow speed makes them easy targets to deal with.

When SCP-XXXX-B instances are killed, they will freeze up for 2 seconds before shattering into a pile of oxidized SCP-XXXX-A.3
