Special Containment Procedure:
A 1by1 Magnesium Cube stored in a room which only senior researchers can enter with the password. Only allowed to be taken out to use for containing other SCP by taking the magnesium cube by three senior researchers. Then take SCP-3782 out and wrap around the neck of the SCP chosen for containment. If it starts to attract the researchers to it immediately put it back in the box.

Description:
It takes the shape of a bowtie which draws all living things to it. Once they put it on they are told to do the opposite of what they want to do, if they refuse SCP-3782 tightens until it strangles the wearer to death. If SCP-3782 is tried to remove by anyone SCP-3782 will immediately strangle the wearer. Which will attract another wearer and repeat this process till contained.

It seems that SCP-3782 uses the earth's magnetic field to make it desirable to wear. how it influences the mind is by giving the wearer a false sense of happiness, by jabbing a hook into the back of there spinal cord controlling the neocortex.

Before it was contained it had 39 confirmed kills. When the foundation finally tracked down SCP-3782 the foundation went to take SCP-3782 off of a citizen. Who was immediately killed and attracted 3 foundations members to SCP-3782 who were trying to contain SCP-3782 killing them it was finally placed in a box made of Magnesium it seems to blocks out the desire to wear SCP-3782.
