Special Containment Procedure: 5671 is to be kept in a room with soundproof walls and a large bed and table. 5671 is to be given a full carcass as food once a month and can have 3 cups of coffee per day upon request. 2 level 4 or higher guards are to always be present at all times. In case of a site breach, its containment is to be shut to an airtight state and high power sleep gas is to be inflicted via a switch on the control panel outside of its containment.
Description: SCP-5671 Is a humanoid entity that bears the appearance of a 17-year-old Korean male with white hair and red eyes. It can produce an organ that it uses for feeding and fighting. 5671 seems capable of speaking Korean, Japanese, and British English. Its teeth appear to be sharp and when aggravated, coated in a special, venomous substance that can easily kill a single human within an hour if not given proper treatment.
Within Containment 5671 has changed forms into SCP-5671-B, and SCP-5671-C.
SCP-5671-B Retains the same height and weight as the base SCP-5671 but has taken on a few prominent features. Personnel has stated that it has Six eyes that are fully black with no pupil. Along with that, there have been shown to be Two extra arms that have the same appearance as the normal first two. SCP-5671's hair color takes on a change from the white in SCP-5671-A, to a Black color with SCP-5671-B. SCP-5671-A seems to show great distress when this change occurs, As it beings shouting in an unknown language before changing Forme. 5671-B seems to be immune to gunfire as bullets that pass through that leave holes are quickly patched up by a black, Vioscus Substance. If this change occurs, Two Level 4 Guards are to be present
SCP-5671-C Retains the same height and weight as the base SCP-5671 but has taken on a few prominent features. It seems to not have extra limbs, Unlike 5671-B, But keeps the Six eyes that become full Red upon transformation. 5671-C Seems very friendly and loving toward Foundation personnel, Repeatingly asking Personeel if it can help with the containment of other SCPs. In the Event 5671-A Changes to SCP 5671-C, Normal Containment is to go on as planned.
Addendum 5671.1: Discovery
SCP-5671 was found in a laboratory hidden away in a mountain outside of the Koweta city of Japan. It seems to have run said lab and several instances of SCP-5671-2. SCP-5671-2 are instances of transformed humanoids that have mixed DNA with oneself and usually a mammal, insect, or arachnid. No known “Cure” has been found to reverse the effects of the transformation. Files of a “Bat”, “Fox”, “Spider”, and “Vampire” were found within the lab with 2 large 3 inches by 3-inch stamps that read “ESCAPED, FIND ASAP.” and “SUBJECT SENT BY ALLY”. This suggests SCP-5671 was working with others to get human subjects.
Two 5671-2 Instances named ████████ ████ and █████ ██████ were recovered from a police station and a hospital. When they were retrieved and brought into Foundation custody.

SCP-5671: Yes. They were helpless creatures, I gave them power more powerful than what they could stand. Making them into what you and your “Foundation” call an Anomaly when they are products of science!
Dr. Hazumaki: You were trying to give them… Power?
SCP-5671: Yes. I would have not done it otherwise.
Dr. Hazumaki: I Believe we are done here.

Interviewer's Note: SCP-5671 seems very content on its creation of the SCP-5671-2 instances, Saying that they were powerless. Foundation Personnel are working on trying to figure out its exact reason for doing so.
Addendum 5671.2: Observation Log
Upon three months of containment, SCP-5671 began to cut itself and ask where his son was. Foundation personnel has interrogated 5671 several times asking about this son he keeps bringing up. We have not been able to gather any information about the offspring.
SCP-5671 was able to escape for 5 months before being found by ███████ ████ and returned to foundation custody.
We were able to find the origins of SCP-5671. It seems to have come from hell about 21,000 years ago. This is all we know.
5671 will repeatedly ask for alive weak D-Class and an animal carcass, we have denied all requests for these Items, Excluding Addendum 5671.3.
5671 Seems to show a fondness for SCP-053 as It says that she is like the daughter they have never had. 5671 also seems to think of SCP-999 as a companion, 5671 is often left out of containment to see the two.
Dr. Hazumaki is currently SCP-5671’s head researcher and he quotes: “I’ve never seen something so powerful that is this calm with being contained”
In a containment breach of 5671, it was trying to escape with SCP-323. Shortly after 5671 was due for a routine interrogation. The following is the transcript.
5671 shows to have a passion for killing physically. 5671 seems to not show any joy in killing anyone with ranged fire, Although is skilled with firearms.
Observational Log 5671.OL.1 SUMMARY
Subject: SCP-5671
Preface: SCP-5671 was given a test subject ( D-34678 ) and a carcass of a deer as it began to shoo all personnel out from its cell.
Observation Notes: SCP-5671 was given the tools that it requested, those being a sharp Knife, a needle, a jar of deer blood, and a deer skull, and began by strapping the D-Class to the bed in its cell, telling him not to squirm. 5617 Made a fluid from Its own, The D-Class, and the deer’s blood and put it onto the end of the needle. Soon after the fluid was introduced to the subject they began thrashing violently and then stopped. 5671 began forcefully shoving the deer skull onto the head of the subject and then the antlers atop the head, Creating an SCP-5671-2 instance. 5671 then began to undress the instance and then skinned The Deer with the sharp knife to make a crude-looking fur jacket. 5671 then began to put the coat on the instance and then unstrap it from the bed and began talking to it in a soft voice. “You are safe Now, You have power Now.” The instance let out a small chitter and then went to sleep next to SCP-5671’s bed.
