Description:
SCP-123 is a sentient metal box, with dimensions of roughly 11.5" x 6" x 7". SCP-123 is nondescript, aside from a serial number stamped into the bottom ("No. 1883"), a makers mark ("K.p Electronics Co), and a wide slit exactly 7' across the front of the box.
SCP-123 is sentient and can understand Russian, English, basic Chinese and Finnish. SCP-123 is only capable of responding to questions posed by the researcher in question through printing a 3x5 piece of paper with its response written in with typewriter keys (however, testing has found that the box is hollow, with no interacting parts. It is unknown how SCP-123 produces these cards.). During testing of SCP-123, it was found that SCP-123 was containing the mind of one "Aleksander Vladsovich", a scientist and engineer based in █████████████ Oblast during the Presidency of Mikhail Gorbachev of the USSR. SCP-123 is friendly and amiable. During testing, SCP-123 is quite intelligent, with an IQ. of somewhere in the 190s. SCP-123 is able to describe it's surroundings in great detail, despite lacking eyes to see.
Communication with staff members consists of short phrases in the four (4) languages that SCP-123 has been shown to speak, it's answers on small 3x5 piece of paper. The text appears to be standard typewriter ink, with no anomalous properties. The note is signed "A.V" in English text and Russian Cyrillic.
