Item #: SCP-####
Object Class: Keter Neutralised
Special Containment Procedures: None necessary, see Incident Report ####-43.
Planned Special Containment Procedures: SCP-####-1 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell, with basic amenities fitting to the needs of a human male. Any requests for items given by SCP-####-1 are to be granted, provided they do not contradict any Foundation regulations. Two guards of Security Clearance Level 3 or above are to be stationed outside. Any communication with SCP-####-1 must not, under any circumstances, contain any words or phrases that can be misconstrued as either a command or a task. If a command or task is issued to SCP-####-1, the subject is to be locked in an empty 5 meter by 5 meter by 5 meter containment cell, containing no objects or decorations aside from a small door for food and water to be passed in to, for no less than 1 week. Two guards are to be positioned outside of this containment cell.
These Special Containment Procedures are to be commenced upon the capture of SCP-####-1.
Since Incident ####-43, Containment Procedures have been entirely unnecessary due to the neutralisation of SCP-####-1. These remain on file, however, so that if any similar anomaly comes under Foundation control, these can be repurposed to fit the new anomaly.
Description: SCP-#### is a probabilistic anomaly that affects one man, a Caucasian male named Anthony A████, designated SCP-####-1, who resided in the city of ██████, Kansas. He is easily identifiable through both his preference of wearing short-sleeved shirts, and severe scarring, typical of that of acid burns, all down his right arm. This anomaly works in such a way that whenever a seemingly menial task is assigned to SCP-####-1, a mistake is made along the course of carrying this out, which then eventually escalates into a major event in his life, or possibly the lives of others. (For examples of such mistakes and how they escalated, see Incident Log SCP-####-43 and all attached interview logs.
SCP-####-1 was declared dead after the events of Incident ####-43.
The following incident reports were compiled from interviews with close friends and family.
Some details may be accurate, and others may be fabricated.
These reports have been compiled in this file so that scientists researching SCP-####-1's anomalous properties have an idea of the extent of SCP-####-1's influence.
Following this interview, SCP-####-1 was reclassified, postmortem, as a Keter-class entity.
