Item #: SCP-4802
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4802 will be kept in a large cage, similar to a dog kennel. SCP-4802 will be kept muzzled at all times, and removal of said muzzle by any personnel below Level-4 clearance will be detained and incarcerated until further notice. SCP-4802 will not be given any attention outside of proper testing as doing so could cause a possible containment breach. All personnel will wear some form of noise canceling device unless specified by researchers. During testing, all D-Class personnel will be terminated after contact with SCP-4802.
Description: SCP-4802 is a large, male, Greyhound dog around three to four years of age with matted and dirty fur. SCP-4802 is friendly at first contact but then becomes violent at the second contact of a previously used test subject.
Retrieval: SCP-4802 was retrieved after a family went missing from their home for many days, and after a neighboring house owner had decided to check on the family, the neighbor found their bodies mutilated and burnt with SCP-4802 next to the body of the father. This neighbor was retrieved as well, at which point the Foundation terminated the memories of said family.
Testing: SCP-4802's beginning testing, it had shown no signs of anomaly and acted as if it was a loyal and loving family pet, however, when a D-Class personnel who had slightly bonded, now referred too as SCP-4802-1, with SCP-4802 entered with another D-Class personnel, SCP-4802-2 and SCP-4802 began to violently attack and rip apart SCP-4802-2 while SCP-4802-1 watched, showing no emotion. After SCP-4802's bites began, SCP-4802-2, combusted into flames while SCP-4802 continued to knaw on the burning corpse, unaffected by the fire. Once SCP-4802-1 was released, it violently attacked any personnel nearby until termination. It is suggested that any physical contact with SCP-4802 will cause the personnel to become SCP-4802-1 upon their second contact with SCP-4802. SCP-4802-1 seems to become loyal to SCP-4802, becoming a pet of sorts to SCP-4802. SCP-4802 will only be bonded to one person until said person is terminated, which will then cause SCP-4802 to begin searching for another host. No further testing has been conducted since the first instance of SCP-4802-1. SCP-4802 was given a muzzle after this by D-Class personnel who was then terminated after testing.
Addendum: SCP-4802 is currently kept in Facility ███ and will be until further notice, as relocation is currently dangerous as SCP-4802 is resistant to anesthesia and tranquilizer.
