Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX cannot be contained by normal means, for that reason a temporary MTF (MTF Eta-30) has been made for the sole purpose of creating and maintaining it. the conspiracy thory. MTF Eta-30 has to convince as many of the Earth's population that SCP-XXXX-2 does not exist as possible. Further Containment Procedures are waiting for furhter authorization from the O5 Council (See Addendum-1)
Description: SCP-XXXX is a memetic contagion currently found in about 95% of Earth's population and about 70% in Foundation personel. SCP-XXXX makes people think that a certain country (hereby designated SCP-XXXX-2) south of New Guinea exists. SCP-XXXX spreads when an infected person talks about SCP-XXXX or when a non-affected person reads about material infected with SCP-XXXX.
This memetic agent, also plants false memories of friends and acquaintances living in SCP-XXXX-2, and in some extreme cases that they themselves live there.
Further investigation into the area where SCP-XXXX-2 is presumed to be found shows that there are no islands big enough to house a country the size of SCP-XXXX-2.

Addendum-1: A proposal has been forwarded to the O5 Council to use world-wide Class-G Amnesitcs after the apparent low-efficiency of MTF Eta-30 in spreading the aforementioned conspiracy.
