Special Containment Procedures: Foundation weather satellites are to monitor and detect unexpectedly rough areas of sea in the western Pacific ocean. If an SCP-XXXX emergence event is confirmed, foundation aircraft carriers Gladius and Viceroy are to sail to the edge of the emergence zone and attempt rescue operations for all involved civilians. Rescued civilians are to be debriefed and administered Class-B amnestics, and returned to the nearest port.
