Description: SCP-XXXX is a document found in the desk of Dr. ██████ after his discharging. Dr. ██████ was amnestecised before discharge and was therefore unable to be questioned. SCP-XXXX is a letter addressed to Dr. ██████.
The document appears to be a letter addressed to Dr. ██████, from an unknown group requesting information and access to 387 SCP's in return for alleged information on and the location of 23 dangerous anomalous objects or effects.
The document contains a number of characters that are hard to conceptualise. Such characters are not harmful to observe, merely confusing and incomprehensible. Individuals find the characters difficult to describe.

The alias Marc A Alt has been entered into the POI database and a data integrity investigation has been initiated.
Addendum-2: Conclusion of data integrity investigation found that over 500 SCP files have been accessed and decrypted without authorisation. At least 430 of the accessed files have been extracted and copied to an unknown external destination, making the information breach a severity 2.4 event, one of the worst general data breaches in foundation history.
The data trail could not be traced and forensic analysis of the document found nothing of note.
Effected files have been re-encrypted. An inquiry into Dr. ██████ found that he had been accessing these files and passing them to a third party in exchange for information on the location of dangerous anomaly's. As a result, a number of suspicious SCP discovery circumstances have been linked to Marc A Alt.
