Special Containment Procedures: Due to the anomalous properties of SCP-XXXX, containment is impossible. Those with ideas on how to contain SCP-XXXX, no matter who that individual is, please contact Dr. H████████, the operation head at the newly formed Dreamscape Labs at Site-██. The cave which SCP-XXXX properties were first discovered, along with any other location found affiliated with SCP-XXXX, is to be monitored for trespassers, this will only be done by autonomous drones. Only under extreme conditions should agents enter the cave or any location affiliated with SCP-XXXX. Task Force Psi-4 ("The Awakeners") shall monitor forums such as 4chan and Reddit, for threads involving SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX's anomalous abilities. If any of these are found the Post shall be flagged to be taken down and the Original Poster should be located, interrogated, and given Class-A amnestics. If through this a new location involving SCP-XXXX is found, that location should be immediately put on watch. Due to the widespread cultural traditions dealing with an SCP-XXXX like creature, complete eradication of belief in SCP-XXXX is impossible and unnecessary. Description: SCP-XXXX is a figure almost 2 meters tall. SCP-XXXX is usually perceived wearing a tattered grey cloak and the skull of a whitetail deer on its head, however, the skull on his head has been noted to change if the person does not have knowledge of the whitetail deer. These physical characteristics while being similar to SCP-323 are the only similarities these two SCP's share. Research is still ongoing if there are more similarities or a similar lineage between the two. Whenever SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX's anomalous abilities is communicated by a primary source, via speech, text or visual description, the subject receiving the communication upon sleeping will have a dream that would relay a fear of the subject at the time. These fears can range from the mundane to the completely delusional. While the time felt to be in the dream and the illusions in the dream very, before leaving the dreamscape the subject will see SCP-XXXX and a loud deep groaning sound shall be heard. After this dream is witnessed, for a week afterward, the subject will have a form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder where the sight of skulls or any sound similar to that made by SCP-XXXX will make the subject start crying and crouch in a fetal position. These symptoms occur no matter how mundane the fear reflected in the dream is. For example, the subject has the dream of missing the bus to work, the dream, even being completely irrelevant to SCP-XXXX would conclude only after the seeing and hearing SCP-XXXX. Above all, the subject did experience the disorder, this has been lead to theorize that the dream itself does not cause the disorder, however, it is SCP-XXXX itself.

So far ██ Deaths have been reported in junction with SCP-XXXX occurrences. These commonly are attributed to accidents associated with the onset symptoms of the disorder, however, in one case a person has died while in the dreamscape. The reasoning behind this is unknown and research is ongoing.

Addendum XXXX-101: SCP-XXXX was brought to the attention of the Foundation when reports of hikers coming out of a cave outside of █████, Montana, USA with a severe mental disorder. While originally believed to be an anomalous factor to the cave itself, the cave was cornered and a cover story of a chemical waste accident was dispersed. With the hikers under Foundation care, all were given Class-A amnestics and shortly made a full recovery. Exploration of the cave was started. Soon it was realized that the cave was not the origin of the weird disorder. As in one instance, a person walked into the cave and walked out unharmed. It wasn't until a cave drawing depicting SCP-XXXX was the nature of SCP-XXXX realized. Soon an outbreak of the disorder broke out in the camp. The root of the problem was found out and finally, the outbreak ceased.
