Special Containment Procedures: The primary containment method is to keep the statue within a 3 x 3 x 3 meter humanoid containment cell, and the chamber should be filled with hydrogen at all times. No less than 12 guards, each armed with high-voltage tesla rifles must guard the chamber 24/7. In case of a breach, Protocol Zeta-Y60 must be initiated immediately, and research must immediately begin on how to recontain SCP-3970. If it escapes, SCP-3970 poses a YK-end of reality scenario, REK-reality eruption scenario, and a PATMOS ΩK-class end of universe scenario. Because of this threat, SCP-3970 must be terminated as soon as possible, or kept in containment indefinitely.
Description: SCP-3970 is an entity, composed of SCP-3970-1 and SCP-3970-2. The exact nature of SCP-3970-2 is classified, to prevent a database leak (See CIDL-F-DB827), or an identification of the object. SCP-3970 is a reality-bending entity. SCP-3970's actions have shown it to be sadistic, based on [REDACTED] and the Colorado raid. It is highly destructive, and will attempt to destroy or distort and living being or man-made structure. Because of the similarities between SCP-076 and SCP-3970, SCP-3970 is often referred to be the O5 Council as 'Able of the Higher-Ups.' SCP-3970 is a humanoid entity, often resembling the [DATA EXPUNGED] and based on holy texts, it is heavily inferred that this entity, classified has SCP-3970, is the █████.
Initial Retrieval: SCP-3970 came into attention after reports of paranormal activity in ████, Colorado. Foundation agents were immediately dispatched to the area, but failed to report within a 48 hour period. Soon after, Mobile Task Force Unit Eta-10 ("See No Evil") was sent via helicopter and armored vehicles to the zone. The town was deserted, and the area was emtpy. After further investigation by the task force unit, they were forced to quickly retreat due to [REDACTED] and SCP-3970. SCP-3970 had caused what seemed to be an REK-class reality eruption scenario. The zone was extremely anomalous, and multiple SCPs were identified, such as SCP-███, SCP-████, and SCP-███. After an attack from these entities, the task force was forced to retreat, and MTF Unit Nu-7 was sent to attempt to contain the anomalies. After heavy mortar shelling and the use of a HB-60 small scale nuclear warhead, many anomalies were destroyed or severely damaged. While this attempt was successful, it resulted in the death of ████ Foundation personnel. SCP-3970-2 was retrieved. SCP-3970-1 was identified to be somehow within the statue, as infrared rays used showed life signs inside. SCP-3970-2 was put into containment shortly after. Every city within a 10 mile radius were given amnesiacs, and cities within a 5 mile radius were evacuated, then given amnesiacs.
Addendum: SCP-3970 has been observed to have been week against high voltage. During testing to find what weaknesses the entity may have, electricity has been proven to be successful, as SCP-3970-1 has ceased all movement within SCP-3970-2.
Note by Dr. Helz Polowski: Although it is paralyzed and successfully contained, it still poses a severe threat, and already has destroyed reality within ████. See Document 29C-3970 for more information. I am not letting this thing get reclassified to Neutralized, it can probably already escape if it's not paralyzed with it's reality bending skills.
Addendum-2: Further testing and analysis proves that SCP-3970-1 is also prone to radiation. It is unknown if the radiation causes SCP-3970-1 to be incarcerated within SCP-3970-2 or if it was a defensive tactic.
