Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX appears in an online streaming site for anime shows titled █████. The locations of this entity are to be viewed carefully by Level-4 personnel, as the manifestation can hide anywhere within any given area of the main scene. The browser is used by █ people, making it "abandoned"

Description: SCP-XXXX (also known as "The Observer") is a humanoid shadow, approximately weighing 5 meters in length. The entity's real "form" has never been revealed, as it is often seen in the backdrop of the scene, making it difficult to identify it's appearance. Reports of the entity have shown that when it moves closer to the foreground, the video starts to deteriorate (i.e buffer, data-merge.) It's anomalous effects will begin once it reaches the focused scene, making the subject experience either of the following symptoms:

• Coughing (can last from 5 to 10 seconds)
• Dizziness
• Headache
• Deafness (can be temporary, or in some cases, permanent.)
• Loss of consciousness
• Nausea
• Faster heartrate

SCP-XXXX originated from a rumor that after the website █████ has been released, "people will see a ghost in the background that will give you diseases!" (written by ████████.) This has caught the attention of a Foundation member, who ended up securing the browser 4 days after the post was made. Those who were involved in the incidents of SCP-XXXX were given amnesiacs.
