SCP-XXXX is to be given standard quarters that of The Foundation. If no quarters are present where SCP-XXXX is stationed, they will be give a standard humanoid containment cell with appropriate furnishings. SCP-XXXX is not allowed to live outside of the foundation nor take any job outside of the foundation. SCP-XXXX may not have a Lvl. 3 clearance or above nor a leading position due to the fact they cannot verbally communicate or explicitly communicate telepathically.
