Special Containment Procedures: Is to be kept in a soundproof box, about 3x3x3 until kept in site-19. The room must have audio recievers in at a 5 per cent volume. The room also must have shatterproof glass. The room must have no source of oxygen or exposure to Hydrogen as SCP-5023-1 becomes more agitated and starts to scratch the wall in somewhat pain. When subject enters room, mandatory equipment is an oxygen mask and tank. as there is no oxygen. SCP-5023 must have any requests granted unless impossible or against foundation rules. SCP-5023-1 will be gone the next day and most probably would have breached the cell. Door to the cell must be sealed tight so no breaches shall commence.
Description: SCP-5023 is a 15 year old white girl which the foundation sometimes calls 'Jess'. She has a straight posture and is 5"4 (64 inches), 49.4 kg (109 lbs). SCP-5023 wears a horizontal black and white striped top. She has anxiety and has never been seen smiling before.
When a subject goes into the cell of SCP-5023, SCP-5023 greets them and they seem to talk and get along. SCP-5023 starts to noticeably become more and more sad with no reason provided yet. She eventually faints 5 minutes into the conversation. One minute later, another entity which has been given the name SCP-5023-1 penetrates its claws through the back of SCP-5023 and has somewhat a disturbing appearance. SCP-5023's eyes are pullep up and jaw bone is dislocated. SCP-5023-1 butchers the subject which was being talked to and then eats the flesh of the subject. SCP-5023-1 then leaves SCP-5023 and wanders around the cell. SCP-5023 is sitting in a ragdoll position with the palms of her hands facing up towards the ceiling. Her eyes are still rolled up and her jaw dislocated. SCP-5023 starts to twitch vigorously. The screaming starts to get even more disturbing as higher frequencies are heard and normal glass would be shattered into small pieces.
30 minutes into the test, SCP-5023-1 will re-enter SCP-5023 and seal it's exit up with vomited skin from the flesh of the last human it ate. SCP-5023 wakes up after 3 minutes and starts crying uncontrollably for maybe 5 minutes until sitting in a corner in a kneecaps up, arms around shin position. She shouts things like, 'Why me", "Get out of my body" and "I want to have friends once in my life, is that too hard".
Test A - Date
Subject: Class D Number 109.
Procedure:
1:00 PM: Test starts. Subject and SCP-5023 start to communicate well and no minorities have been reported yet.
1:05 PM: SCP-5023 faints. Subject is confused. Starts shaking her to wake up and trying to get help.
1:08 PM: SCP-5023-1 has climbed out of SCP-5023's back and butchered the Class D instantly. SCP-5023-1 ate the subject and subject's arm is hanging out of SCP-5023-1's mouth. SCP-5023 is now twitching vigorously, eyes are rolled up and jaw seems to be broken or dislocated.
1:12 PM: SCP-5023-1 is now wandering around the room while SCP-5023 is still in a disturbing manor. SCP-5023-1 is speaking a language which humans are uncapable of understanding.
1:28 PM: SCP-5023-1 re-enters SCP-5023, sealing up the hole with subject's skin.
Results: Successful experiment. Went as planned.
