Description: SCP-XXXX is a cervine humanoid with pure white eyes. The entity stands on two legs, with the legs bending backwards from its cervine genetics. The entity is shown to have red, black and white fur around its body and the ability to communicate verbally through English.

Chief Complaint: Dr. Marissa Cooper

Psychological Assessment and Plan: Dr. Reynolds has presented with multiple illnesses including depression, anxiety, and PTSD. As of the tragic passing of her one year old granddaughter, it appears Dr. Reynolds has developed worsening symptoms. The O5 Council has requested she’d be taken off active research duties and placed in inactive duties until she is needed by the Foundation.

It has come to my attention that I must put this out there. My fellow researchers have taken what tragedy that struck my family and blew it out of proportions. I did not let Magnolia die. She was in the bath, playing with her rubber ducks when I turned away to look at a research file. I wasn’t watching her for less than a minute. One minute! It is not my fault she fell over in the tub and drowned. It was one minute.

The Foundation has put me on suspension from active research, meaning I cannot see any SCPs to research. Instead I sit in a room all day, reading and trying to find anomalies. But there is one thing to be glad about, the people on inactive research don’t go around saying I killed my granddaughter. She’s not really dead, she was barely alive to begin with.
