Special Containment Procedures: All astrological telescopes and star viewing facilities will be monitored for signs of SCP-4156-1 or anyone who takes interest in its host star. False flag reports of possible 'dyson' structure evidence are to be disseminated to the public in order to create a sense of disbelief in possible findings that could lead to the discovery of 4156-1.

SCP-4156-2 is to be kept in a solid airtight room constructed of four (4) inch thick titanium plating with a reinforced triple door airlock complete with Class 5 bio-cleansing agents and filtration systems installed. No fewer than nineteen (19) thick titanium wires are to be hard bolted to the sides of the chamber and run through the body of 4156-2: three (3) wires through each limb and seven (7) wires through the torso, neck, and skull with the puncture wounds left open and untreated to force 4156-2 to focus on healing at all times. Additional titanium chained manacles and restraints are to be placed between these wires around the limbs, torso, and neck with the edges blunted to avoid self-imposed decapitation or sawing off of its own body parts to facilitate containment breach. A thick titanium plate has been placed over the mouth of 4156-2 to avoid any fluid being spit at the entrants to its containment. Any self-inflicted wounds larger than one (1) inch in diameter are to be reported to site researchers for monitoring.

Multiple various kinds of acidic gases are to be stored on-site available for pumping into the room via seal-able vents in the case of an attempted containment breach, with each kind of acid alternated every few minutes to avoid adaptation from 4156-2. No fewer than five (5) level 3 Security personnel are to be on watch outside the containment cell at any given time and are tasked with feeding 4156-2 as well as escorting any researchers and/or D-Class personnel through the process of entering containment for testing. The current authorization for entry into 4156-2's containment cell is restricted to Level 4 researchers with permission from Dr. Morn.

Because of the infectious nature of SCP-4156-2, anyone entering its containment is to wear Level 4 Bio-hazard protective gear and be fully briefed on document DOC-4156-2. After direct interaction with 4156-2, all D-Class personnel are to be given a psychiatric evaluation and either given Class B Anmestics or terminated pending evaluation results. Any and all test materials that are taken into the containment area including the bio-hazard suits themselves are to be immediately disposed of via a chute in the airlock leading to the on-site incinerator and any material that comes into direct contact with 4156's 'blood' will be designated as SCP-4156-2C and either studied or disposed of similarly.

SCP-4156-1 is an unknown organic structure spotted in the [Redacted] galaxy orbiting around the star [Redacted]. 4156-1 has a large ring-shaped structure that has been observed to shift in size and is believed to be a loose vine-like growth that has trailed and grown to connect around itself through its resident orbital plain. Descriptions given by 4156-2 have hinted that the ring is feeding off of the sunlight in a way reminiscent to most flora performing photo-synthesis but on a scale unlike any seen here on Earth. The theoretical structure of a 'Dyson Ring' or more commonly a 'Dyson Sphere' for those who are unfamiliar with the concept is a large structure or arranged field of solar panels placed around a host star with the express purpose absorbing as much sunlight as possible from it. Because of the similarity between this concept and 4156-1, the species has been informally dubbed a 'Dyson Leech' by researchers and further classification of the plant-like creature is ongoing.

Through further questioning of 4156-2 and Foundation observations, it is known [Data Expunged].

4156-2 is a 2.3 meter tall humanoid of vaguely male features. It has a thin exoskeleton like shell which has the chemical consistency of clay and plant matter matching no known floral species. The eyes of 4156-2 are known to change in accordance with its mood but generally, remain a vibrant greenish-brown color. Its 'hair' is made of the same form of material its exoskeleton is formed from and matches its eyes pigmentation whenever it changes. The internal structure underneath the exoskeleton is a gelatinous black substance most known for its thick rank aroma similar to rotting fungus and matches the chemical make up of its exoskeleton with at least 500% the water content. The gelatin-like mass has no internal bone structures or discernible organs. Vibrational contractions and electrical pulses cause the internal 'ichor' to twitch and fold facilitating 4516-2's movements and voice. It is unknown whether these functions also facilitate its thought process.

4156-2 itself has shown extremely violent and manic behavior towards humans and will attempt to infect them with its 'blood' at all costs even going so far as to cause open wounds in its own exoskeleton with sharp objects. Conversing with 4156-2 is a challenge as it seems to be extremely charismatic and prone to manipulating anyone it converses with to allow for contact with its 'blood' for immediate infection. 4156-2 has displayed an excessive use of physical force during initial containment which resulted in the first containment cell made from carbon steel being damaged beyond use.

Various chemical mixtures have been observed within 4156-2's internal black 'blood', designated 4156-2B, to be chemically bonding on their own without any known stimuli. The resulting chemical 'soup' upon contact with any organic matter immediately begins to break down the organic molecules into more of the same chemical soup. Those fully infected with 4156-2B are soon completely overtaken by the substance and become a near-physiological copy of 4156-1 besides their own distinct physical features being present across the new exoskeleton exterior. Similarities between SCP-4156-2B and [REDACTED] have been theorized, but testing has been ill-advised. Tests have instead been conducted on removed pieces of 4156-2's exoskeleton designated 4156-2A, which do not seem to spread to organic matter like 4156-2B. Results have so far been inconclusive. Dr. Morn suggests [REDACTED].

When interviewed about its origins, 4156-2 asked to view a star map of the local galactic super-cluster and pointed out the location of 4156-1. After observations into that particular star system, both 4156-1 and the [REDACTED] were spotted by our astronomer's instruments. The large ring that we can only assume is the 'root branch' 4156-2 spoke of is indeed feeding off of the host star just as described. Designated 4156-1, we can only speculate to its size and structure. Further observation is required to determine [REDACTED].
