Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-xxxx is to be contained within a secure Humanoid containment cell in H Wing 3B at site 64k. Special equipment is to be used if SCP-xxxx is transported. During any form of transportation, SCP-xxxx is required to be monitored by no more than 2 heavily suited guards at all times. Guards are required to have heavy duty chemical mask on around SCP-xxxx.
If any form of aggression or unidentified behavior is exhibited from SCP-xxxx, protected force by facility personnel is permitted. If any said personnel comes in direct contact with SCP-xxxx, they are to be quarantined in a secure holding cell until proven to be unaffected by SCP-xxxx.
To accommodate SCP-xxxx for non hostile behavior, it is supplied with books of the fantasy genre. After SCP-xxxx has supposedly finished one of the supplied books, the book is to be sent of to the lab for examination. it has been found that pages from the books have been torn out or are missing. All the missing pages are the same in each book recovered from SCP-xxxx, pages 40, 134, and 237.
Description:
SCP-xxxx is a humanoid entity, its height reaches approximately 5.8 feet, or 1.768 meters. SCP-xxxx's body is seemingly made of rustic metal, and the pages that had supposedly gone missing were found infused in SCP-xxxx body. SCP-xxxx's limps have been mutilated to no recognition, though it can hover as a way of movement. SCP-xxxx has a set of black wings which measure out too be 7.2 feet or 2.195 meters for each individual.
SCP-xxxx, as of now, has not been capable of verbal conversation, only small distinctive mumbles. It can, as a substitute, use telepathy to communicate. SCP-xxxx is only capable of two dialects, Korean, and English.
If SCP-xxxx is sang to, it will mimic the sounds of a crying infant.
SCP-xxxx usually targets youths 3-10 years of age. The effects SCP-xxxx can have on children vary from, nausea, migraines, bleeding and death. These effects usually occur after a child has been read a nursery story, or sang a nursery rhyme.
Personnel who come in physical contact can face the danger of these effects, some may not even succumb to the effects. More severe cases that have occurred such as the rash, or what its been named, the scratch rash. Personnel who have been affected with the scratch rash have never made it. The personnel affected by it would scratch at the rash which mutilated there skin till there muscle shown leading personnel to bleed out.
Discovery: SCP-xxxx was first discovered in Gangbeung, located in the east coast of South Korea. After a series of youth deaths and illnesses, site 64k led a raid on the homes of the victimized. While farther investigating, they found SCP-xxxx hidden away in a local residence. Residence of the property were never located.
