Special Containment Procedures:
It is strictly forbidden for any couple to get inside 25m radius of SCP-XXXX, if inside the said radius not to perform any gestures of love including hugging, kissing and walking hand-to-hand. Anyone not following the rules is to be seen for disciplinary hearing after sedation
SCP-4864 is to be held in Humanoid Containment Unit in Site-██ in ██████. It is to be allowed monitored access to the internet and provided weekly tissues and hand lotions.

Description:
SCP-XXXX appears to be, at the time of writing, an 18 years old young human male without any outstanding features except for his incurable dark circles under the eyes. However, anomalous effects of SCP-XXXX occurs when particular moments become intimate inside a 15-20m radius around SCP-XXXX. When two people begin to show love to each other by any means visible(see Test XXXX-02) regardless of the affection between said people or their background etc. they will start to hate each other as long as they are inside the effect of SCP-XXXX and 3 hours after they are out of the radius or simply ends when one kills the other person. Level of hatred depends on the intensity of the action.(See "Incident Log XXXX-01" and "Test XXXX-03").
Subjects affected by SCP-XXXX, when the effect of SCP-XXXX wears disappears(whether by getting away or killing the other), appear to be aware of their actions in the time elapsed under the effect of SCP-XXXX, and often express regret and confusion.

Addendum XXXX-01:

Confiscated Police report found by tracing back SCP-XXXX's history to its birth
Subject was discovered after Mr. █████ killed his wife in a fight that started while they were having ███ with their baby in the next room.

Neighbours called the cops when they heard intense fighting and baby cries from the house. when the police arrived, they found Mrs. █████'s body in the bedroom naked and died from [DATA EXPUNGED] while her husband was in the other side of the room with a gun to his own head.

when the police officers hardly pried the gun from Mr. █████'s hands and questioned him, he expressed a moment of anger, and suddenly a wave of hatred to his wife came out of nowhere.

he also expressed (and multiple witnesses confirmed) that he loved his wife too much to even lay a finger on her and would never kill her and pointed out that they just recently had a baby

Said baby has taken to the █████ orphanage in █████████ by authorities.

Addendum XXXX-02:

Data Collected From SCP-XXXX's schools using its orphanage records
It is recorded that subject's former schools always had a remarkable increase in incident rates involving couples and drops in rates after its gone.:

SCP-XXXX's elementary school:
██████ elementary school had a 2% increase in incident rates when the subject arrived. all of the extra incidents being about couples fighting.
It is theorised that since it was elementary school, it did not have much love relationships

SCP-XXXX's Middle School:
██. ██████ Middle School had a 19,5% increase in incident rates when the subject arrived. Most of the extra incidents being about couples fighting.

SCP-XXXX's High School:
██. ██████ High had a 28,2% increase in incident rates when the subject arrived. Nearly all of the extra incidents being about couples fighting.

Dr Koba's note: When looked without context much of this child's life looks like a series of coincidences, but when you look at it after knowing its anomalous properties it all adds up.

Addendum XXXX-03-2: Discovery

The subject is discovered after a mass hysteria and fight broke out in 14/02/████ in a Valentine's day party at the █████ Square, ██████. The subject had popcorn in its hand and watching the mass fight before taken for interrogation since he was seen as the only sane person in the area.

Addendum XXXX -03-2: Interrogation Log

Foreword: Confiscated tapes from patrol car Number ███. Interrogation happens in a patrol car. Intense fighting and police trying to calm people down comes from background. Class-A amnestics are applied on The said Police officer

SCP-XXXX: ███████ ███████ officer, is there any problem?
PO: As you can see, there's an intense fight broke out in here. Were you here when this started?
SCP-XXXX: Yes, of course, I was here, how do you think this all started?
PO: Are you implying that you instigated this chaos? Can y-
SCP-XXXX: Not that i instigated that physically. This sometimes happens when people are around me. I don't know how or why this happens.
PO: *with an annoyed voice* Ok grown-up boy. Stop messing around and tell me what happened here now!

SCP-XXXX, a bit excited: Shh, watch.

(A couple is heard to be talking in the background, referred as GF and BF afterwards)

BF: Look at these people! What kind of a Valentine's day is this?

GF: We won't be like this would we Honey?

BF, a bit louder maybe even angry: What did you just call me?

(Kissing sounds come to the recording)

SCP-XXXX: Oh no he grabbed her butt too! Now the fun begins

(Kissing sounds continue for 2 seconds then suddenly stop.)

GF: WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU PERVERT!

BF: F███ OFF YOU C███! YOU STARTED THIS YOU IDIOT!

(A Rustling sound comes while GF and BF is Trading curses)

BF: IS THAT A PEPPER SPRAY? YOU BETTER NOT SPRAY THAT SHIT ON ME!

PO: Hey guys please remain calm we don't want no problems here.

(A spray sound comes while GF's screams are audible)

BF: AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!! DID YOU JUST PEPPER SPRAYED ME IN THE FACE?

PO: MA'AM DROP THAT SPRAY ON THE GRO-

BF: I WILL SHOW YOU THE PEPPER SPRAY!

GF: HOW WAS THE ELECTRICITY YOU IDIOT!

(fight continues in the background while PO trying to calm GF down)

End Note: The anomalous hysteria in the crowd already caught foundation's attention and units were dispatched. Dr Koba at the site(entering after security established) saw the SCP-XXXX sadly sitting in the corner and tried to talk to him. After their talk, the subject seemed a bit more cheerful and accepted to come with Dr Koba to the facility.

Test XXXX-01 - 20/02/20██

Subjects:
D-35██: 25 years old, Caucasian male, known to have an intimate relationship with D-29██
D-29██: 22 years old, Afro-American female, known to have an intimate relationship with D-35██

Procedure:
Subjects were put in the same mess hall with SCP-XXXX with scientists sitting with it and two D class is a nearby table in the clear vision of SCP-XXXX. 2 guards are waiting outside the mess hall.

Results:
No remarkable observation made until D-3███ and D-2███ starts kissing at which point they suddenly repulse from each other and starts making remarks about how they hate each other.
D-Class personnel was taken to their cells and showed no lasting effects after 2 hours

Analysis:
SCP-XXXX clearly has an effect on couples, more testing required to learn its potential.

Test XXXX-02 - 25/02/20██

Subjects:
D-92██: 34 years old, Chinese male, known to have an intimate relationship with D-91██
D-91██: 36 years old, Korean female, known to have an intimate relationship with D-92██
Procedure:
Test Subjects were told to not make any physical contact and show intimacy with only verbally and body language. Subjects kept unaware of presence of SCP-XXXX and was told this was a social test. Both subjects and SCP-XXXX sat in nearby tables with SCP-XXXX had a clear vision of both subjects.
Results: No anomalous effect observed until Test was declared over after 2 hours, which then subjects, in frustration, got out. in the doorway, when they were out of sight, started to intensely kiss. a fight broke out that 2 guards had to break up.

Analysis:
It has seen that only physical contact can set off SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects. Incident at the door opened new doors for new tests.

Test XXXX-03 - 01/03/20██

Subjects:
D-68██: 25 years old, Caucasian male, known to have an intimate relationship with D-57██
D-57██: 22 years old, Caucasian female, known to have an intimate relationship with D-68██

Procedure:
Subjects was placed in a mess hall, separated with a thick screen from the SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX was seated in a nearby table its back turned to the subjects.
Results:
No remarkable observation made until subjects started holding hands, at which point objects repulsed from each other, made remarks of disgust and just walked away.
Analysis:
This test not only showed that SCP-XXXX doesn't need visual contact to affect its target, it also affects based on the intensity of the actions.

Incident Log XXXX-01:

Agent █████ and Dr ████████ starting having [DATA EXPUNGED] in a cleaning cupboard near SCP-XXXX's containment cell. They were discovered when tumbling and crashing sounds along with screams came from the cupboard, alerting other personnel around.

Fight between Agent █████ and Dr ████████ broke up with great effort with made remarks on intent of killing each other.

Endnote: Agent █████ and Dr ████████ is seeing disciplinary charges right now and precautions were intensified around SCP-XXXX's chamber.

Endnote: Since SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects are both hard to control, and contain, and can wreak havoc outside containment, I propose it to be contained carefully as a SCP object
