Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 12 meter by 12 meter by 9 meter sealed container, comprised of stainless steel to prevent rusting. Entrance door is to be a sliding door with all electrical connections blocked off from view, located in the corner of SCP-XXXX's cell as a result of incident 1-AB-2 (see below). SCP-XXXX must be fed once every other day, with a meal consisting of a 10.4 lb slab of beef originating from purely grass-fed cows. Observation room is to be guarded by a 12 cm thick layer of plexiglass. Observation room is to be occupied by 2 onsite researchers, with 2 Foundation Guards armed with M-16 automatic rifles, using medium caliber ammunition.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 2 meter long, 0.75 meter tall quadruped with behavioral similarities to a Tiger (Panthera tigris). SCP-XXXX Exhibits a high amount of intelligence and lethal abilities.SCP-XXXX's body is covered with 8.2 inch long strands of fur, that have the appearance of translucent blue color. Research team ██████-██ have reported the fur having a "soft, almost rubbery" texture (see test 1-A). SCP-XXXX has shown extreme aggression towards humans, and has attacked almost every subject that has entered containment (see incident 1-AB-1). Further research has concluded that when SCP-XXXX feels threatened, it has the ability to harden the furs on its body at will, causing them to become relatively sharp, with the shape and toughness of an icicle. Once hardened, the furs appear to give off a low light level. SCP-XXXX also has exhibited the ability to expel the hardened furs, although it expresses extreme reluctance to do so.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was recovered by the Foundation in the Russian village of Veliki. Citizens were complaining of pets and other animals disappearing, as well as many of the villagers. The disappearances happened mainly in the cold season, and the villagers of Veliki dubbed it "ledyanoy okhotnik", Russian for "ice hunter". In the cold season of 1964, food was extremely scarce. The villagers were beginning to get desperate. 8 men went out into the woods of Veliki with crossbows and each with a sheath of 15 arrows. after 22 hours of being away, one of the men returned with severe lacerations in his right arm. After this incident, many people were curious about the missing men. The foundation team ████-██ entered the woods where the men were last seen. Upon discovery, a class-c amnesiac was used to sedate SCP-XXXX long enough to bring it to site-██.

- Subject D-6832 is sent in to SCP-XXXX's cell. SCP-XXXX has just finished its meal, and appears to be docile. D-6832 is told to approach SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX makes a vibrating sound with the throat, and appears to be uninterested in D-6832. SCP-XXXX remains in the corner of the cell for approx. 13 min before D-6832 is instructed to leave.

- SCP-XXXX ejects a hardened strand of fur at the gears of the door in the closing sequence. The projectile appears to sever the closing wire, and the door is locked in the halfway position. SCP-XXXX attempts to escape but fails when on site Guards sedate it with class-c amnesiac. Expresses a high intelligence level.
