Special Containment Procedures: If new personal enter Scp-4213’s containment unit, they must be introduced by a senior interviewer of the creature. If not introduced, Scp-4213 has been know to eat D-class personnel. When interviewing, personnel must stay around 20 meters away. Guards must accompany all personnel when handling and dealing with SCP-4213 as it has made some unwise decisions before.
O5 class personnel have all say on what is given to SCP-4213 are to be [REDACTED]. If the creature has requested something then any answering personnel must reply with “it will be put under consideration” not matter how bad they feel for the SCP. Under no circumstances, are D-class allowed to walk into the containment unit without supervision at all times.
Containment procedure █████ is to be put into effect when cleaning the creature or its cell. ████ acid is to be injected into its system during this procedure and procedure 6613-x3. Cleaning should only last 3 hours and more and the SCP will become alert. In which case, the containment unit must locked down until all personnel in the unit they have been eradicated by the creature.
Feeding is to occur every two months in order to keep it weak. If the SCP doesn’t eat during its feeding period then initiate [REDACTED].
Description: SCP-4213 is slender, dragon-like being with a multitude of scars covering its entire body. The eyes of the creature is blue with what seems to be gold like substances swirling in its iris. It’s height ranges between 20 to 50 meters tall.
Addendum: SCP-343 has provided the foundation with chains that hold SCP-4213 to its unit and during transportation to any of the foundations sites. The chains seem to be made of unknown elements and Scp-343 has not explain what they do to SCP-343. As he seeming knows the existence of Scp-4213 for a while. This will later be examined at a later date.
SCP-4213 seems to have the ability to transform into a female of Roman descent. Hair is black but her eyes are yellow and many D-class say they see their demise while others see fame and fortune.The age of the female seems to around the ages of 16 to 19 years. She seems to be quite knowledgeable for her age. Her physical examination shows she is healthy with high metabolism. SCP-4213 has the ability to make projection of itself in either human or dragon form. Exp. human form as a the ability to make a dragon projection and vise versa. This projection is known as SCP-4213-1

Dr.Luna: “SCP-4213, I have been authorized to interview you today. Your behavior is being noted, and an observer is watching. These questions will be simplistic and easy to answer So do you know SCP-343? And if so, how?”
SCP-4213: “SCP-343?”
Dr.Luna: “He calls himself ‘god’ and seems to have been able to able to create the chains that hold you now. The reason we ask is because he seems to have known you for quite sometime. You have said before that you have been here on this planet for quite a long time. We supsect you two may have crossed paths at some point.”
SCP-4213: “Maybe, I have seen a multitude of people who all look the same. Humans seem to love similarities in things. I do remember the doctor, I couldn’t forget him. A strange being he was. A mission that I have heard missionaries say countless times. ‘The plague’ he said ‘I see it in every person and I must destroy it.’ Sadly, Dr.Luna, SCP-343 doesn’t ring a bell.”
Dr.Luna: “I see… well what do you remember? Your earliest memory is most preferred.”
SCP-4213: “My earliest memories were of the Greek empire.”
Dr.Luna: “Would you like to explain”
SCP-4213: “I’m sure you had a history class. The world was quiet and humans didn’t dare cage me….”
Dr.Luna: [REDACTED]
SCP-4213: “Can I eat? It’s been so long since my last meal. Why are you starving me anyway? I though these chains were supposed to keep me here”
Dr.Luna: “It will be put under consideration, SCP-4213. All though that is true. You aren’t one to stay in your containment unit. You are to starve so that [REDACTED]”
