Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3648 is to be kept in a 5m x 5m x 5m stainless steel cube completely covered by electric fences (including the door), which are to be turned on at all times. When entering SCP-3648's cell, at least 3 personnel equipped with tasers are to enter at a time and the door is to be closed behind them.

Description: SCP-3648 is a California quail (Callipepla californica) with a blue/brown body and white streaks. Object weighs 5.6 ounces and is male. SCP-3648 has the ability to teleport anywhere and through any substance; the only known way to subdue it from teleporting is by electrocuting it or surrounding it with electric currents, such as an electric fence.

SCP-3648 does not possess much of an appetite, and only needs to be fed weekly. Its appetite consists of seeds and leaves, and considers berries and insects as a dessert rather than a meal. SCP-3648 is to be fed weekly and its enclosure is to be cleaned weekly due to excrement produced by the object.

SCP-3648 has been known to breach containment several times due to its teleportation ability and, if provoked, can be extremely hostile to humans. The object is known to teleport inside of the human body and peck out the human's vital organs. Extreme caution must be taken while feeding SCP-3648 and cleaning its cell.
