Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: [Vacant]
Special Containment Procedures: [Vacant]
Description: [Vacant]
Addendum: [Vacant]
Note by Dr. Blackwell: The files below have been attached to this vacant folder temporarily. They will be moved to their assigned folders in due time.
Item #: SCP-5000-A
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: Due to its highly dangerous nature, SCP-5000-A must be contained in Reinforced Sea Creature Containment Chamber C in Research Sector 1 in Site 118.
If it is necessary for SCP-5000-A to be moved, it must be restrained using a Class V Modified Aquatic Containment Tank. Researchers assigned to SCP-5000-A are advised to keep a close eye on it for any potential signs of hostility.
Only Gamma-6 Agents are allowed to open SCP-5000-A's chamber. Should agents receive permission to move SCP-5000-A to other sites, the water in its chamber must first be drained out, and agents must then subsequently wait for 30 minutes 1 hour before they are permitted to approach it.
Description: SCP-5000-A is an aquatic humanoid entity, measuring 1.75 m in height. The outfit that SCP-5000-A wears is an early 20th century standard diving suit, with a full helmet and breastplate dating back to the early 1950s.
In its 'dormant' state, SCP-5000-A easily resembles a normal human diver. However, in its 'active' state, SCP-5000-A is able to open the 5 'windows' on its helmet, all of which conceal a fully functional mouth lined with 0.5 m incisors, and two, approximately 3 m long gelatinous tentacles located at the edges of SCP-5000-A's mouths. Foundation researchers have found that SCP-5000-A's tentacles possess incredibly large strength and speed capable of cracking solid concrete and dismembering a human being.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Unknown
Special Containment Procedures: Attempts to contain SCP-6000-G occurences are still ongoing. (See SCP-6000-G containment expeditions) Any occurence of SCP-6000-G must be closely monitored with the SCP-6000-G occurence timer provided in the file. (See Addendum 6000-G-1) MTF Gamma-5 operatives ('Red Herrings') are required to cover up or remove any non-physical traces of civilians or objects that have been erased by SCP-6000-G. Civilians who have witnessed an occurence of SCP-6000-G or know a civilian affected by SCP-6000-G must have their memories wiped by Gamma-5 Agents.
All SCP-6000-G occurences and containment expeditions will be closely monitored and recorded by Dr. Williams Dr. Hansworth, the current project supervisor of SCP-6000-G. Following the results of the previous expeditions to contain SCP-6000-G, all essential personnel are required to use Scranton Reality Anchors to avoid the effects of SCP-6000-G.
Description: SCP-6000-G is a reality-bending phenomenon (Nicknamed 'The Removal') that occurs monthly at midnight. It involves the removal of an unspecified number of civilians' physical existence from the plane of the Foundation's reality.
The condition and rationale behind the occurences of SCP-6000-G is still unknown, but due to SCP-6000-G's ability to remove civilians without warning, it has been deemed as a potential threat.
Addendum 6000-G-1: SCP-6000-G occurence clock.
Due to unknown reasons, all information about the clock has been removed from the file. Please contact Dr. Hansworth for help in restoring the clock.
Interview 7000-O-A:
Interviewed: Thomas ███████████
Interviewer: Doctor James Marten
[Begin Log, 0900 hours]
Interviewer: Hello Thomas. My name is Doctor James Marten. Do you mind if I ask you a few questions on this "Utopia" place that you claim to have visited a few days ago?
Interviewed: [Repeatly mutters "If you're not perfect, you're not real." under his breath.]
Interviewer: Ahem, are you OK, Thomas? Can you talk?
Interviewed: I was tricked. I was tricked by it. It's all its fault
Interviewer: By 'it', I presume you mean "Utopia"?
Interviewed: It all seemed so…OK. The ad said that we would get money. But it was all a lie.
Interviewer: Yes, we know all that. However, what I really wanted to ask you about was what happened in "Utopia". Care to share it?
Interviewed: It was so…disgusting. They had no food there, everything was fake. I wanted to get out, but I couldn't. Then, there was the people. They were just so fucking perfect, with their stupidly clean faces and tidy hair. I wanted to get out, but they didn't let me.
Interviewer: 'Perfect'?
Interviewed: Everything they did was perfect. Their grades, their work, everything. To top it all off, there was no crime, no danger. I even tried to kill myself to escape the nightmare, but everytime I tried it, they just stopped me.
Interviewer: But you still gave in to them, which is what brought you here. What happened when you gave in?
Interviewed: I did? I don't quite remember…it was just a blur to me…like I didn't know what I was doing…it was just a block where I couldn't remember…Oh shit, so I did give in to those pricks? FUCK!
Interviewer: Calm down Thomas, and try to hear me out. When you 'couldn't remember', you began to claim that you were 'perfect', a 'model citizen', and when we pulled you out of "Utopia", you were screaming and attacking us. You wanted to go back there, to them, and you kept saying that if you were not home by 9 pm, you were going to be 'imperfect', and that meant that you were 'not real'. Do you remember all that, Thomas?
Interviewed: No…
[End Log, 1000 hours]
Closing Statement: Following the interviewed's last statement, he fell silent and began to mutter incomprehensible sentences again, and Doctor Martens took his leave, understanding that the interviewed could not provide any more further information.
Interviewed: PoI-34789 (Walter Martinez)
Interviewer: Doctor Reese Blackwell
[Begin Log, 0900 hours]
Interviewer: We'll start with a few basic questions. Do you know why we have brought you here?
Interviewed: A happy accident?
Interviewer: This is not the time for jokes. We are talking about a very serious matter here.
Interviewed: What does it matter? That I broke the rules? You've caught me already, so why do you need to interview me if you know what I've done?
Interviewer: We need to confirm the facts first. You are Dr. Walter Martinez, correct?
Interviewed: Yes.
Interviewer: You were the Chaos Insurgency's main contact in the Foundation, correct?
Interviewed: Yes.
Interviewer: On the 17th of March, two days ago, you masterminded a containment breach in Site-14 that resulted in the deaths of approximately 47 Foundation researchers. During that time, you chose to not be directly involved in the attack. Instead, you distanced yourself as far away from the site as possible, so that it would make it seem that you were not involved as much as possible. Is that correct?
Interviewed: (Hesitating) No.
Interviewer: Are you sure? You know the consequences of lying during an interview.
Interviewed: I didn't do anything. I was the contact for the Insurgency, but that's all. Nothing else.
Interviewer: So you didn't have a part to play in the containment breach. Then what did you do?
Interviewed: I…snuck anomalies out. I trained spies. That's all.
Interviewer: I see. That will be all for now.
Interviewed: Wait. That's it?
Interviewer: This interview is solely for the purpose of confirming the facts. Expect more interviews in the coming weeks. Thank you, Mr. Martinez.

Note by Dr. Orson: SCP-8000-Delta is one of the most difficult anomalies I have encountered. We pulled off a huge gamble just to contain it and were able to exploit its loophole and capture it in a trap of our own making. Now, we just have to hope the trap will hold for the long run.

Assistant Becker,
Have you heard of the term 'misdirection'?
After reading your recent thesis paper about SCPs, I cannot help but feel that you did not describe anomalies well enough in your introduction. It is almost as though you are describing something completely different, unless that was your intention, in which case you should let me know.
In addition, your theory on containment options seem to have been lifted from other researchers' theses. For instance, your point on how to deal with 'anomalies who believe they are non-anomalous' is exactly the same as Dr. Jean Garcin's point.
Please rectify these mistakes soon and pass me your revised paper on Monday.
