Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX cameras needs to be contained within a chamber at all times, and no personnel should enter the chamber unless told to or during a test. Only Level-3 personnel and above are allowed in the containment chamber and Class-D's if a test occurs. Unauthorized personnel caught in SCP-XXXX's cell shall be terminated. Level-5 personnel and above should be viewing the SCP-XXXX cameras on a daily basis. If any other NekoNeko camera gets sold or used in a building, a responce team will quickly search for the camera, take it to a site and contain it with the other cameras. The room may also be checked, but not often. unless needed. If a breach occurs, the room needs to be set on lockdown, so nothing or nobody gets in.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a camera system operated by the japanese company NekoNeko, who makes cameras for homes and all type of buildings. The cameras make cats (Felis catus) appears when cameras are viewed, those cats being from another dimension. The NekoNeko company motives are to make cameras, and they also are trying to be neighborly by helping creatures finally interact with those they've been secretly fawning over. The creatures have the ability to physically interact with living being by touching them. The living being will feel the touch, but won't see the cat that touched it. These cats do not need to eat or drink anything, they don't need anything to survive. They also doesn't do any excrement or urine. There are actually more than 24 cats who appeared in the camera, and there are probably others that didn't get disovered yet. The creatures are showing affection and flattery towards human beings, like regular cats.
