Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: Subject’s housing is to be contained a two meter by two meter by two meter chamber with audio. SCP-XXXX’s housing is a meter tall glass cylinder with an open top to allow for maintenance. The inside of the container is filled up to fifty centimeters with soil.
The subject’s diet has changed to include a variety large insects and some small mammals. During digestion, which takes around seven to eight days, the subject is unable to speak. SCP-XXXX is to be fed and watered every seven days nine days in order to sustain SCP-XXXX and to insure a period of silence between the subject’s threats and insults to personnel. See Addendum.
Description: Subject appears to be a large form of Dionaea muscipula with several alterations allowing for verbal communication and higher brain function. Alterations include the addition of a tongue, larynx, and lung-like structures. The roots seem to have formed into a structure resembling a mammalian neural network. This allows SCP-XXXX to understand language and speak, however; it is still unknown how it can receive auditory information or perform certain human vocations without lips.
Whenever the subject communicates to humans, it does so in a threatening manner. SCP-XXXX has declared on several occasions that it wishes to destroy the world or kill all personnel at the Foundation. All proclamations should be monitored but not taken seriously in the future.
SCP-XXXX’s predatory actions are similar to an ordinary Dionaea muscipula, capturing its prey between its jaws and holding it there until the creature dissolves completely in the digestion aiding secretions that are produced. These secretions are mostly made of Jasmonic acid with various enzymes which breakdown its food.
Recovery: The Foundation recovered SCP-XXXX from the British government in July of the year 1949. The files that came with it claimed that SCP-XXXX was discovered by an unnamed and uncredited British explorer in an undisclosed location in Central America. The British government also claimed that they held SCP-XXXX for a year before being handed over to the Foundation but later more confiscated documents hint that that claim was fabricated. At this time no other information about SCP-XXXX’s origin is known.
Addendum XXXX-1: Two instances have accrued where SCP-XXXX has caused personnel to attempt to harm it in frustration due to SCP-XXXX's insults. These were handled by the other on-site personnel before any damage could accrue to SCP-XXXX. Since the incidents, personnel preforming maintenance on SCP-XXXX are to wear ear protection and the feeding schedule has been altered as to insure a third incident does not occur.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid Keter Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in an enclosed Arboretum measuring 4 cubic hectometres. Near the center of the containment cell is a pond that is 20 meter diameter. The natural ecosystem caused by SCP-XXXX's presence is not to be disturbed unless a threat is presented to containment.
SCP-XXXX itself is typically docile with few exceptions. (See: Addendum-XXXX-B) Personnel are not to interact with anything other than SCP-XXXX in containment. Attempts to harm or aid the wildlife created by SCP-XXXX without permission from SCP-XXXX and/or the 05 Council will result in immediate termination of all accountable personnel. (See again: Addendum-XXXX-B) For more detailed information on appropriate PPE and equipment needed when entering containment see manual XXXXm.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity resembling a large, fur covered man with his lower half being similar to a member of the Capra genus featuring hooved, digitigrade legs. The entity's height is approximately 2.5 meters (8.2021 feet) and has a weight of 132 kilograms (291.01 pounds). Two structures grow from the entity's forehead resembling in appearance and chemical composition to extinct Rugose coral and grow at a rate of a centimeter per year. A one meter long tail appears to aid the entity keep it's balance.
Interviews and tests have revealed that SCP-XXXX can speak, but not read or write, in every language known to the Foundation. How SCP-XXXX retains this information or creates certain vocalizations is unknown and studies are on going as to the possible usefulness of this ability. At this time it is not clear why the entity is illiterate but all attempts to teach SCP-XXXX have been unsuccessful. The entity also has knowledge on all biological species weather anomalous or ordinary. Currently the Foundation is attempting to catalog this information.
The entity has an anomalous effect on its surroundings. SCP-XXXX can create a complex and unique biome through a currently unknown process appearing similar to SCP-407. A large number of various plant, fungal, and animal species grow in SCP-XXXX's presence.
Recovery: SCP-XXXX came to Foundation attention on █/█/19█ in ██████, West Virginia. 31 individuals reported seeing SCP-XXXX before an investigation was carried out. The entity was originally believed to be an instance of SCP-1000 but was later revealed to be an unrelated entity. SCP-XXXX was found playing a flute carved from a deer femur and greeted personnel with jubilation. After some negotiations the entity voluntarily agreed to enter containment.

Addendum-XXXX-B:
Date: ██/██/2██
Location: Site-█
Description: Researchers attempt to get a sample of SCP-XXXX-2 bone marrow in order to identify a potential explanation for the metal horns. After capturing a subject, they attempted to euthanize it before proceeding. This was unsuccessful and led to the subject attempting to breach containment and harm research staff. The subject was injured in recapture leading to SCP-XXXX showing noticable signs of distress. Following the death of SCP-XXXX-2, SCP-XXXX broke containment and proceeded to relocate SCP-XXXX-2. A ten hour long, site wide evacuation accrued following which SCP-XXXX was temporarily reassigned as Keter as a 23 day clean up and re-containment operation took place.
Survivors of the incident all report amnesia, migraines, and slight hearing loss. Directly after the incident, the taskforce in charge of recovery reported incoherent babbling, paranoia, hysteria, and extremely violent outbursts from the survivors which none of the survivors remember. An investigation into the 900 meter tall Joshua tree that appeared at the approximate orgin point of the site wide breach is still on going.
Most casualties in the incident appear to have been caused either by the sites destruction or the apparently rampant personnel as many of the corpses recovered show signs of assault and some have human bite marks. These signs are also apparent on the survivors.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: Due to the anomalous nature of this SCP, containment of the entity is believed to be impossible. Research is currently being conducted into psychical interacts in dreams in order to possible capture SCP-XXXX. Any reports of SCP-XXXX or possibly related phenomena are to be reported directly to level 4 personnel as soon as possible. The report will be given to 05 council, amnestics will then be used on all non-05 individuals involved.
There has been a total of twenty-seven dream-based encounters and two physical incidents. All notes and records are restricted to members of the 05 council. Any non-05 individuals who gain access to articles or information on this topic without express permission of the council will be taking into custody, interrogated, amnestitized, and then demoted to D-class personnel.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears as a bald, middle-aged human male with an as-of-yet unidentified accent. SCP-XXXX appears to be a reality bending humanoid as well as a temporal bootstrap paradox. The entity claims to be the result of breeding between SCPs, this should be impossible as all SCP interact is heavily monitored and prohibited in most circumstances.
SCP-XXXX's nature was first brought to the attention of the Foundation when several operatives began reporting strange dreams. Upon closer observation, all narratives altered in this manner involved the same individual. It was originally believed to be occurrences of SCP-990 but further investigation proved otherwise.
Addendum XXXX-3A
This entity claims to have been part of the founding the Foundation. As of now the 05-council cannot confirm, nor will it ever confirm, the influence of an anomalous being over the Foundation’s creation. The idea, however, is paradoxical, then again, this SCP is a paradox. There has been concerns about the claims of SCP-XXXX, at this moment all claims are to be believed falsified. That is all that is to be said on the matter. This is final.

The oldest known encounter with SCP-XXXX:
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: DR.D███████
Foreword: Interview was conducted after DR.D███████ dosed off in his office > around 3am on ██/██/████.
<Begin Log>
SCP-XXXX: Evening Mr.D███████, having a good nap? I apologize for
interrupting your paperwork.
** DR.D███████:** Where the [redacted] am I?
SCP-XXXX: In a dream, yours doctor. Sadly, not even a good dream at that.
** DR.D███████:** What does that even mean? Wait is this an actual dream or some > form of temporal or mental anomaly?
SCP-XXXX: It will be called anomalous, after you wake up and report it to > your bosses.
** DR.D███████:** Who are you? Why exactly am I here?
SCP-XXXX: To gain the knowledge I grant you and others. Only through me may > the Foundation stop their own hubris from destroying your reality like they did > mine.
** DR.D███████:** Yours? So, you’re from a different version of our universe or > at least one that has the SCP Foundation?
SCP-XXXX: Something like that. Your supervisor is entering your office early > this time. I’m only going to tell you this: don’t let them take control of the > Foundation.
** DR.D███████:** Who?
SCP-XXXX: The politicians. The UN. They’ll ruin everything.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: After being awakened DR.D███████ transcribed the event > and presented it to his superiors.
The seventh known encounter with SCP-XXXX. The first where it spoke of its origin:
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Researcher M███████
Foreword: Interview was conducted after M███████ returned to his private quarters.
<Begin Log>
SCP-XXXX: Enjoying your job?
** M███████:** Who are you? What are you doing in my room?
SCP-XXXX: I believe SCP-XXXX, doctor.
** M███████:** So this is a dream? It just looks like my room.
SCP-XXXX: You’ve been over worked. You suffered an aneurism. I’m currently repairing
you on the floor. Your conscious would be in the way so I removed it.
[M██████ believes five minutes to pass in silence]
** M███████:** Is that the only reason I’m here?
SCP-XXXX: You are necessary for my birth. You help hide me away once my mother
showed signs of her condition.
** M███████:** Your birth? Why would I betray the Foundation for the sake of a SCP? That’s > just stupid. I would be killed on the spot.
** M███████:** What does that have to do with anything?
SCP-XXXX: My midwife that aids you was called ‘God’ but it is not 343. Since they will aid > you, I assumed that you would know them.
[several loud thumps could be heard]
SCP-XXXX: Beware the Foundation. They’ll ruin everything if given the chance.
Closing Statement: After awakening and taking care of a nose bleed, M███████
transcribed the event and presented it to the 05 council. Soon after he and all his personal affects > vanished for a year before reappearing now with all related documents showing him as a member > of the 05 council. This was immediately dismissed and M███████ was apprehended. [Data
Expunged]
Addendum XXXX-2A: Incident Video Log
At ██/██/████, SCP-XXXX was first recorded by the ██████-2 probe while it was observing the previous position SCP-179. SCP-XXXX was seen conversing with the Sun for seven minutes, with SCP-XXXX becoming increasingly agitated. What was said is currently unknown due to heavy video distortion. Once the seven minutes are up, SCP-XXXX seems to disintegrate.
Addendum XXXX-3B:
After gaining access to reports on XXXX, due to my experience with reality benders, I'm becoming increasingly suspicious that it has some possibly malevolent purpose that we don’t yet know about. All we know is that it can do anything that it wishes in our dreams. With no solid evidence for it actually being what XXXX claims it is having been uncovered, we don't even know any way of tracking this [redacted] thing - countermeasures research should be a top priority and maybe a K-class scenario should be taken into [redacted] consideration. If he can get close and personal with the sun, what’s a nuke supposed to do?
- Dr. M████
Addendum XXXX-3C:
He visited me and I saw God. Not 343, the REAL God. He loves us. The SCPs, they are his chosen few. He is angry with me. He is angry with us for throwing away our lives. I won’t waste my life. I will use what time I must remove those who would disvalue life.
I will kill the council and attempt to please my God. He is everything. He can do anything. He can do anything. He can do anything.
My mind is falling apart and all I see is him. He is even in my coffee foam. I need to find the council’s location and finish this.
He is watching me through the computer screen and security cameras. He is judging me through the eyes of his agents and researchers; through his Foundation. I’m judged. I will do it today.
-Dr. M████
Addendum XXXX-3D:
[redacted]
Addendum XXXX-3E:
Following the Prophet Incident, no personnel are allowed knowledge of SCP-XXXX for a period exceeding five days without access to a reality anchor. The whereabouts of Dr. M████’s corpse is currently classified until the exact cause of death is known. All researchers working on SCP-XXXX are to undergo daily medical and psychological reviews. Mentioning the Prophet Incident to any personnel involved, now MTF-XXXX, will result in immediate termination with no exceptions.
