Per the greenlighting policy, first-time authors must get concepts reviewed in the Ideas Critique Forum or IRC chatrooms before creating a feedback thread in the Drafts and Critique forum. Draft critique can still be sought via IRC and PM without greenlights.

When you have a draft that you know for sure the audience will like, bring it to Drafts Critique Forum. Please note that the forums move much slower than the chat, and the draft forum moves slower than the ideas forum!

The mainsite-run IRC chatrooms are the most reliable source of real-time critique discussion.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomenon where objects (designated SCP-XXXX-B) will have any photo taken of them gain a transulcent text overlay displaying the URL StockWeb.co.█, leading to SCP-XXXX-W. The last character of the URL is a memetic agent, giving viewers the ability to type the character on any keyboard and knowledge of the contents of SCP-XXXX-W. Replication of the typing patterns used to generate it have failed and the Unicode code point has been determined to be U+STOK.
