Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5570 is to be contained within a 15ftx15ftx8ft cell modeled after a luxury apartment living room based in [EXPUNGED]. The chamber is allowed to have the following: 1 Recliner, 1 Couch, 1 Coffee table, 1 wall mounted television, 1 DVD/VCR Player, and 1 Bookshelf with 1-10 accepted novels at a time of SCP-5570's choice. The chamber's walls are to be reinforced with 10 inches of solid steel to prevent a breach.
Description: SCP-5570 is a 23 year old Male named ████████ █████, 6 feet tall, mute, and heavily scarred all over his body and a particularly deep scar over his left eyebrow. X-Rays show that he has had many major injuries, some fatal, that he has healed using his anomalous power. He chooses to wear D-Class Personnel Pants, and a black, sleeveless, blank T-shirt. He has stated, through writing, that he prefers the feeling of the D-Class garments. SCP-5570 also wears a pair of prescription strength glasses, stating that he can hardly see without them.
SCP-5570 has the ability to morph objects from the size of a molecule, to the size of a small ice chest into whatever he chooses by coming into viewing range of the object, as long as it does not exceed the size it was previously. In a previous test of SCP-5570's ability,he has once attempted to morph a large vehicle, but was unsuccessful and showed immense exhaustion after 30 seconds into the attempt. When using his ability, he has shown to be quicker and more precise when physically coming into contact with an object, but it is possible for him to morph smaller objects by just glancing at them. He has knowledge of several martial arts, military tactics, light weapon usage, and firearm proficiency, as well as an atheistic faith. SCP-5570 demonstrated his speed by morphing a bullet fired at a distance from 50 meters into a small amount of gas that did not harm him at all.
When communicating with staff, he uses a pen and paper given to write his questions, statements, and responses. SCP-5570 is often agreeable and hospitable to staff members, but does seem to suffer from depression, and has attempted suicide on two occasions, both were unsuccessful as medical staff were rushed in and treated him. He has an on site psychiatrist who enters his cell four times a week and he has expressed guilt from previous crimes he has committed, all with multiple civilian casualties, and has profusely thanked Dr. █████ for letting him express his guilt, and has since ceased attempting to take his own life, and has become closely acquainted with Dr. █████.
SCP-5570 is allowed to leave his chamber every 3 days to walk around and exercise, and go to the cafeteria to eat with Dr. █████. He has shown to be highly intelligent, clever, and can stay calm in a serious situation. He has had military training, but little combat experience, despite his numerous scars. He is extremely caring to anyone he sees hurt, and expresses sadness in hearing about the death of staff members. SCP-5570 has asked to meet two other SCP's, 079 and 682 specifically, although both requests were denied.
