Special Containment procedures:
SCP-6666 is to be contained within a Zeta-Class Cognitohazard Containment Chamber. Walls are to have 1000 Lumen UV Lights installed in the event of a containment breach. Testing is only to be permitted with authorization of 3 O5 members. Interviews are to be held once every week with the interviewer being a D-Class criminal. Interview must be carried out behind a 2-way glass mirror for saftey of interviewer.

Description:
SCP-6666 consists of Three forms, SCP-6666-1, SCP-6666-2, and SCP-6666-3. SCP-6666-1 resembles the species Canis Lupus in all but body composition, of which it is comprised of [DATA REDACTED].

SCP-6666 has the ability to manifest itself as the "greatest fear" of any human subject. Upon manifestation, SCP-6666-1 is reclassified SCP-6666-2. SCP-6666-2's known forms are:

-Various Snakes

-Bears

-SCP-682

-Humanoids with no apparent physical structure (referred to by subjects as "Shadow Men")

-Various Insects, arthropods, and fish

SCP-6666-3 is the current known form taken after event alpha recorded in Addendum 6666.A3.J4 is that of Dr. █████

Discovery:
Scp-6666 was discovered after reports of strange disappearances in the town of █████, ███ █████. Residents were reported to vocalize extreme fear prior to termination by SCP-6666-2. Agent █████ was dispatched 12 May ████ to verify validity of reports and confirm anomalous behavior. 14 May ████ all contact with Agent █████ lost. MTF Epsilon-11 "Nine Tailed Fox" was dispatched to last known location, where containment was attained after ██% casualties.

The alpha ritual was aquired when a strange package was delivered to SCP headcourters. Upon viewing contants package was quickly sent to O5 member for inspection. When proven to be a ritual in which to contain SCP-6666 O5 members accepted request to commit ritual.
Contents of packages are as followed:
1. 1 large envelope containing instructions of ritual

2. 2 Large black candels made up of █████

3. 1 cloth with unidentifiable symbols

4. 1 large ceremonial dagger of unknown composition

Upon complition of ritual Dr. █████ began to scream as █████ began to surround him. Emergency protocals were activated and all members were sealed within testing chamber. There were no survivers. When recording of incident were recovered video revealed Dr. █████ killing all participants while █████ eminated from all orifices.
