Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell at Site-23 and the walls, floor and ceiling of the cell is to be covered in wet paint and must be reapplied every 4 days by Foundation Personnel. SCP-XXXX's containment cell must have at least one armed guard on duty at all times. SCP-XXXX is also to be supplied with any items requested but denied items connecting to the internet as this could potentially result in a breach of Foundation secrecy.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Caucasian Male approximately 5ft 12in and speaks in an accent recognized to be of Irish origin. SCP-XXXX seems to be able to become naked to the naked eye at will. SCP-XXXX is only able to be seen in two ways: Being covered in a paint or utilizing heat thermal cameras.
In the event of a breach of SCP-XXXX in which standard evacuation protocols must follow and MTF teams must utilize heat thermal cameras in order to contain the object.
