Item # SCP-5160
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5160-1 is to be kept at Site-06-3 until further notice or until an SCP-5160-2 event takes place. When another SCP-5160-2 event takes place then a decision should be made on what site to tranfer SCP-5160-1 to.
Description: SCP-5160 is an anomolous entity that is able to transfer itself from host to host. When SCP-5160 transfers itself this is referred to as an SCP-5160-2 event. Any host that happens to be 'possesed' by SCP-5160 is referred to as SCP-5160-1.
SCP-5160 is supposedly the 'spirit' of the ancient Irish Gaelic deity Niet who was seen as the Gaelic God of war. In Irish mythology Neit was killed at the Second battle of Moytura. It would appear that the 'spirit' of Neit 'posseses' an indivdual after an SCP-5160-2 event takes place leading to a new host of SCP-5160 (SCP-5160-1).
SCP-5160-1 is an individual 'possessed' by SCP-5160. SCP-5160-1 incidents often appear to have higher levels of strength, agility, endurance and combat ability. Hosts can also have sporadic fits of rage where they may go into a 'berserk' like mode which can cause a high death toll where-ever the host may have entered this state of mind. However during site-tests this emotional state can be triggered by certain events happening to an individual. During an SCP-5160-2 event those that are to become an incident of SCP-5160-1 begin to have marks appear on their body which have many links to Gaelic runes that warriors would have on their body.
