Note- the following is the journal of Dr. Harold Stone, assigned with a team of field agents to research and document a group of anomalies with unknown origin in the Midwestern Region of the United States:

I have been studying this group of anomalous entities for a couple weeks now. The twelve (12) members of this group are human in appearance apart from the luminescent white wings on their back. This group refers to themselves as "The Fallen Angels" and have been rumored to have performed several anomalous and miraculous feats across the region. These feats include:
- The curing of AIDS in a patient at ██████ Hospital
- Resurrection of a recently deceased man
- Creating precipitation to aid stranded drivers in Death Valley when there were no conditions to cause it
- Sprouting an entire 1 acre field of grain during a drought
- Digging a middle aged man and a canine out of a small cave system that had collapsed at the entrance
The names and titles of The Fallen Angels are as follows:
1. Sabriel - "The Miracle Worker"
2. Luke - "The Lamplighter"
3. Metatron - "The Scribe"
4. Azrael - "The Healer"
5. Eremiel - "The Guide"
6. Raziel - "The Silent"
7. Zaphkiel - "The Teacher"
8. Gabriel - "The Warrior"
9. Netzach - "The Timekeeper"
10. Phanuel - "The Optimist"
11. Sachiel - "The Treasurer"
12. Daniel - "The Watcher"
Each of the members bear the names of various Angels from the three (3) Abrahamic religions. They all refer to each other a brothers and claim that they are, in fact, siblings. However, no data has been obtained to confirm this. Sabriel is the designated leader of the group and seems to have the most strength in anomalous effects based on the rumors from the area. I was able to interview him and gain information from a primary source:

Interviewer: Dr. Stone
Foreword: The interview took place in an abandoned church house where the Fallen Angels have made a base of operations in the Midwestern United States.

Dr. Stone: I would like to ask you a few questions regarding your group and its members.
Sabriel: Alright, ask away.
Dr. Stone: Could you explain the origin of your group? Where did you come from?
Sabriel: Oh, I definitely could. You see, where we come from, another reality, you might say, could be described by some as "heaven." And in some ways, they'd be right. But something happened, something I would rather not speak of, and we were banished indefinitely from that place. However, our powers to heal, to create, to teach, all were left to us, whether by plan of our "god," or sheer luck. And we found ourselves lost in this new, unknown world. We wanted to learn about this world, help those we came across. We told our names to the men we met, the ones who supported us on our journey and were considered by them as higher beings. We soon became revered, our names appearing as Angels within their holy book.
Dr. Stone: Uh huh, and when was this?
Sabriel: Oh, some four to five thousand years ago. Later, when the Hebrews were enslaved by the Egyptians, we took for the skies and lived in the clouds. We then later devised a plan to aid our allies and spoke to Moses, you know from your legends, and helped him free his people to settle down in land they have to this day. Of course, many other stories in your books are derived from our interactions with humans, we were the ones who taught a carpenter from Nazareth morality and justice, and how to teach others how to treat his fellow man.
Dr. Stone: Wait a second, are you referring to Jesus Christ?
Sabriel: Some may call him by that name, and the story is based off of his teachings, however we can not confirm they are one and the same.
Dr. Stone: Okay. Well, what about more recent history? What did you do then?
Sabriel: We mostly retired after the fall of the Roman Empire. Although, we did occasionally meddle in human affairs from decade to decade, especially in the Middle Ages. But, we kinda left them alone for a while after the Renaissance. The American and French Revolutions had us start spectating them once again, we couldn't intervene as we wanted to remain a myth to humans. With the Industrial Revolution quickly spreading in the world, humanity was becoming more of a threat to itself, and this proved itself when the World Wars occurred, we could see the huge explosions in Japan from our clouds.
Dr. Stone: Then why start preforming miracles now?
Sabriel: Oh, we always have been. But we tried to use our powers sparingly, as to not drastically change human history. This is your world, it's not right to make it ours.
Dr. Stone: Well, who are your members? Are there more of you?
Sabriel: Oh, no. There are only us twelve. Other than me, there's Lucifer, although we call him "Luke" because of the negative association to his name. Also Metatron, Azrael, Emeriel, [he continues to name all of the Angels listed above.] All were names of angels from the Hebrew's faith, the ones named after us.
Dr. Stone: Okay, well that is all of my questions for today, I'd like to thank you for your time.
Sabriel: No problem, if you have any others, feel free to talk to me.

Closing Statement: Although I personally consider most of this information to be mere hearsay, due to the lack of information on their origin, this will be taken as true until proven otherwise.

Despite continuous monitoring of the group by our team over several weeks, none of us have bore witness to any such occurrences. The team has split in half on whether or not the group actually can preform these miracles. I am on the group of skeptics.
Although we have not witnessed anything these "Angels" have been rumored to perform, stories from around the area continue to reach us. We, of course, have prohibited the local news to report on this due to the risk of these anomalies becoming a point of focus for the public. However, each of these stories seem to involve an angel that happened to be unaccounted for during that time span, so I cannot immediately rule out the possibility of those stories being rooted somewhere in truth. We will be keeping a close watch on the group from this point on to find the truth of what's happening.
