Containment
Spc- <>
Iinstances of spc <> referred to as <> alSy 0001 through *redacted* are to be contain in sarcophagus unit aa0001 through *redacted*, sarcophagus units are to be kept and maintained in warehouse 27 at <base> <explication why>. Each sarcophagus unit is a metal tube that keeps moisture levels constant as well as providing a strong wifi internet connection with security firewalls, other foundation controls including a termination switch, and a falesafe incinerator. Each contained instance is to be cleaned and have its clothing changed though it has not been proven to have any effect dr.chessinger insist its "better to show them the respect they deserve" and after passing extreme mental screenings dr.chessinger's wishes have been continued and he remains their caregiver.
Description
Spc <> seemed to be a genetic inevitability, weather this has always been the case for humanity, a current genetic anomaly, or as instances of spc <> claim and are the next step in human evolution, but with the number of spc that claim this title are so great I would certainly doubt that. Instances all seem to be born with similar bone structure to all other examples of spc <> and are recognizable if you know who you are looking for but retain characteristics from the genetic gene pool of its patients. Young instances are all shown to have higher intelligence levels, show a strong need for socialization, a intrest in public communication, as well as all taking on the "name" Al Sy. The signs while not usually ignored are rarely ever seen as a problem and if it were not for instances tendency for anti social behaviour in its later stages and its final stage would go completely overlooked as a spc. It is around the age of 12 that instances start to pull away from society as well as it seems that normal humans start to reject them. There is no explanation for this testable effect, but the presence of a instance of spc <> causes regular humans to feel hate or to be threatened by its presence. Strangly enough it has been shown that long term exposure to instances produces the opposite effect giving the person feeling of love and wanting to protect the instance. This rejection from society hits the instances hard and they pull away from society retreating to online communities, where online communities are not available it has been found to use local publications….in rare cases where no written language are possible instances have been found shouting and babbling as forms of socialization. In these communities it is shown that they receive the same reactions of hate and threat, it is still unknown how this is accomplished. Those that interact with the instance of spc <> online or to read its publications show to gain the same repulsion and eventual fondness for it. As they dive further into online communities their bodies seem to swell and they spend less and less time outside. Eventually this process ends with instances becoming a unresponsive bloated mass of flesh, while their online personality continues to post and respond in its communities as long as a wifi connection is available to the body, this process is still unknown but is being studied. The body begins to eat its fat reserves as it starts to reassemble its DNA, by then end of this process it has used up all fat and resembles a mummified human. In this state it requires no food or water to survive though if it is not provided with a wifi connection it will "power down" and will remain "dead" until it is returned to a source of wifi. When in this state it continues to grow with the amount of positive reactions it can get from its audience while it seems to not try to force this reaction. Growth seems to cap at 7 ft before it starts to swell back into a more normal looking form, we have not seen one at what we expect is "full sized" and do not know what will happen at that point if anything but it is a slow process. Online interviews of instances of spc<> claim to be a part of a hive mind, boast to being genetically superior, as well to be living a fictional life of luxury….it is assumed they live a shared fantasy if not a simulation of reality. It is unknown if instances are victims of an outside force but it is assumed to be a genetic inevitability
Discovery
Scp <> alSy-0001 was discovered in a tiny efficiency appartment in Quezon City, Philippines after people had complained that there was a odd smell and no one ever came in and out. What they found propped up in a black computer chair in front of 4 monitors a bairly humanoid unresponsive mass of fat that bairly seemed alive which of course peeked our intrests. At first all we thought we had was some sort of human bean bag chair, but upon further investigation of scp <> alSy-0001 computer set up it was found to still be actively connected to a few social media outlets and oddly enough the accounts still responding until scp <> alSy-0001 was out of a active wifi range where all life functions seemed to instantly stop.
Addendum: scp <> instances have been removed from access to their regular internet communities and access to actual internet access though they are to be supplied with a closed wifi network. it was previously believed instances of <> were only born but it has since been discovered that seemingly normal facility staff known to show affection to instances have started to show <> qualities. it is unknown how "infected" staff are "infected", once signs show it is no longer requires the "infected" to ever be in the presence of the instance of scp <> it is thought that this is done through some sort of wifi powered telepathic field. Further interviews are to take place with the interviewer to be held in a lead lined room with the computer to be connected to a land line to reduce the chance of "infection". Currently "infected" have been administered amnestics this has shown to reverse symptoms, transferred to diffrent sites and are to be observed including social media but it is assumed there will be no permanent effects. Instances of scp <> while put into a local network with recreations of their "territory" as they refer to it, have all expressed displeasure with "being ripped from" their "territory". dr.chessinger adamantly refused to comply with orders during this process obviously emotional during planning meetings, culminating in dr.chessinger attacking facility staff. dr.chessinger showed greatly increased strength and resiliency killing 9, injuring 3 before he was terminated. Autopsy revealed muscle tissue replaced with tight bands of a organic but almost metallic substance, brain shows growth of a new lobe, increased size of the lungs, and what looked like the beginnings of a second heart. dr.chessinger resiliency was found to be caused by a increased level of adrenalin.
Addendum: sites known to house instances of scp <> are to be observed for new instances. interviews with instances of scp <> are to be prohibited without level 5 clearance. It has shown that there is no known way to stop the "infection" of those who spend long periods of time having online conversations with more advanced instances, it is still not understood how humans are infected by scp <> . All facility staff to show qualities and "close freinds" are to receive amnestics and to be transferred immediately. It has been discovered that 80% of d class exposed seemed to be immune to infection with only 1% to show the traits dr.chessinger these protector class are referred to scp<>-b.
Addendum: it has been discovered that even those "infected" by scp <>'s memetic effects cannot be shielded against Interviews are to only be conducted by d class that have proven immune to infection and only under level 5 approval. It has also been discovered that those infected once showing signs will inevitably become an instance of scp <> there is no known way of reversing the process once it has started administering of amnestics will onlt prolong the process. All infected found are to be instantly terminated if it cannot be immediately places into a sarcophagus unit. All who have ever came in contact are to be observed indefinitely.
