Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a 5m x 5m x 5m soundproof chamber and constantly monitored via audiovisual feed. At no point are any Foundation personnel permitted to interact with SCP-XXXX without approval from Dr. XXXX, Dr. XXXX, and Director XXXX. Any approved interactions must be done via remote drone operated from at least XXXX kilometer(s) from SCP-XXXX. Any personnel infected by SCP-XXXX are to be considered K.I.A. and no rescue operation should be attempted. Should SCP-XXXX's containment cell show signs of damage, a team of drones is to enter the chamber and immediately begin repairs whilst SCP-XXXX is subdued via Sonic-Vacuum Transmitters.

Description: SCP-XXXX, is an entity comprised entirely of sound waves who gained sentience as a result of Project Ichos (see Addendum 1A for a description of this project). This entity can harden itself into a physical form when enough concentration is exerted, resulting in usually a humanoid form. However, it can quickly adapt its structure to conjure melee weapons comprised of highly concentrated air. Should SCP-XXXX come into contact with any organic being, it will attempt to persuade the individual to "join us", before infecting the individual. Upon infection, the subject, now labeled SCP-XXXX-A, will convert into sound waves just as SCP-XXXX has. The time it takes for the subject to convert varies depending on the level of contact achieved, with the fastest conversion taking XX minutes. Upon complete conversion, SCP-XXXX-A will immediately be "absorbed" by SCP-XXXX, where its personality and consciousness will merge with SCP-XXXX, resulting in a split personality that alternates between the original SCP-XXXX and the new SCP-XXXX-A. How these personalities emerge is currently unknown, with testing still being conducted by Dr. XXXX.
