Former Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-EX is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell at Site-17.

Description: SCP-XXXX-EX is a Caucasian male, approximately 19 years of age. Subject approached Site-17 staff on 12/14/2019, requesting they be detained and put into containment. Research into subject's anomalous properties is ongoing. SCP-XXXX-EX has been determined to be completely non-anomalous and has been reclassified as Explained (see Addendum XXXX-EX-1). It is currently unknown how SCP-XXXX-EX found Site-17 or knew of the Foundation's existence.

Foreword: Interview is to determine SCP-XXXX-EX's anomalous properties.

This kind of error cannot occur. If this sort of thing happens at Site-17 again, you're all fired. And next time, Dr. Riker, think twice before writing up an article. How the fuck did this guy get past security? —O5-3

Upon further investigation, I have found that Security Officer Brown and Security Officer Hernandez, who were supposed to be manning the front gate, were out on lunch at the time of the breach. This will not happen again. —Dr. Riker
