Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a natural anomaly object container in site-██, the container must be locked and secured at all times. At least one researcher is to be monitoring SCP-XXXX containment at all times via a security camera. Under no circumstances should SCP-XXXX be taken out of containment. Playing SCP-XXXX on any natural tape player is not permitted. Any person to have experienced SCP-XXXX should seek immediate medical attention are to be sent to Site ███ or terminated [See AddendumXXXX.1].
All appearances of SCP-XXXX-1 in the container room is considered normal, any change in this behavior is to be reported and SCP-XXXX is to be moved to a different chamber via D-class. Every 10-12 weeks SCP-XXXX is to be removed and taken to another containment chamber while the original is cleaned.
Description: SCP-XXXX resembles a cassette tape from the manufacturer ██████████, the exact time when SCP-XXXX was made is unknown, around 1970-2000 is estimated. SCP-XXXX needs no special tape player to work. When SCP-XXXX is played it displays what is estimated camera, watching a concrete room with no doors or walls, surrounding a dark humanoid figure (SCP-XXXX-1). SCP-XXXX-1 displays no facial features. SCP-XXXX has been reported to various different locations in the room when surveillant, standing in a corner, laying on the floor, and staring at the screen. SCP-XXXX seems to not have an ending nor beginning phase of the tape and any attempt to forward the tape has proven unsuccessful.
How SCP-XXXX continues its tape is unknown, so researchers have concluded that SCP-XXXX is somehow showing real-life footage of the room. Any attempt to find where SCP-XXXX is located [See AddendumXXXX.1.]
Any effects of SCP-XXXX happen presumably a day after exposure. Those who are affected are to seen SCP-XXXX in their dreams and peripheral vision. Affected have reported seeing SCP-XXXX-1 trying to attack them while trying to sleep. This causes subjects to avoid sleeping, be mute, self-harm and refusing to accept help from any person.
Any containment SCP-XXXX is in seems to have SCP-XXXX appear in the room on different occasions, presumably every 3-5 hours. SCP-XXXX leaks a substance similar to the chemical substance of SCP-035. So containment must be cleaned every 10-12 weeks to avoid corrosion of the site.
SCP-XXXX was sent to the foundation by a Retrieval team on █/██/████, after reports of an unexpected high suicide rate at the town of ███████. Naturally, police investigation forces were sent to investigate the suicide of a man when they discovered SCP-XXXX at the scene of the death. While all items in the house were tested to provide clues to the suicide SCP-XXXX effects were discovered and was sent to the foundation.

Results: D-2348024 is released into a Euclid humanoid containment chamber with D-2348106. Subject cowards to the corner crying and weeping, D-2348106 is instructed to do so. D-class approaches then D-2348024 is to »DATA CORRUPT«
