Special Containment Procedures:
SCP 001-411 is to be kept in a standard humanoid holding cell, with sparse furnishing. SCP 4-411's cell is to be cleaned biweekly, with SCP 001-411 allowed to wander site [DATA EXPUNGED]. Only Level 5 staff or higher may interact with this SCP. SCP 001-411 is to always have a leather bound notebook with ample pencils to write with. when the journal is completely filled, the journal is to be brought to Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] to be destroyed.

Description:
SCP 001-411 is an average human male with calico hair in the areas of the head, chin, legs, armpits, forearms, and buttocks. They appear to have the ethnicity of American, from [REDACTED] state. They appear to have sparse body fat, with only 3% body fat.

SCP 001-411 is responsible to date for 130,000 personnel, staff, and civilians. where these victims go is unknown, however SCP 001-411 assures Dr.[DATA EXPUNGED] that 90% of all the victims are alive. SCP 001-411 currently is docile, with little inclination of world destruction. It is considered to be one of the more helpful Keter class SCP's, having helped contain three hundred thirty five SCP's and destroy over One Thousand Euclid SCP's.
When SCP 001-411 writes on any parchment, paper, or electronic device, a separate dimension is created where each past, present, and future event written by SCP 4-411 is realized. If the person or object already exists (I.E. SCP's, Staff, citizens, ect) than that object is transported into this dimension. if the object is indestructible, SCP 001-411 can nullify all resistances and powers, effectively controlling the object within each story. Once written, nothing can escape. All attempts made by staff to escape the dimension in which they have been transported to, unless allowed by SCP 4-411, have failed. If killed, SCP 001-411 will reappear within three days, unharmed. the previous body will remain, but the new, living 'clone' will retain all knowledge of the previous. This has happened four hundred and ten times to date, all done by the SCP foundation. All other SCP's become docile around SCP 001-411, with SCP's capable of speech calling SCP 001-411 'The Author', or 'Father'.
